Richardson Learning Center And Day Care

We absolutely LOVE TLE! Our son has been attending TLE since he was 18 months old and he is now almost 4. Our experience here has been amazing. The staff has always been so caring and attentive to our son. The facility is always clean! At this point we feel like family. The Director Maria Washington specifically has been especially kind and professional always going the extra mile over the years. There is no price you can put on peace of mind knowing your child is in a safe place and being loved on while you're at work and that's exactly what i feel leaving him at TLE. He is excited to go play with his friends everyday and learn. He also adores his teacher Ms. Jasmin! We highly recommend this location.

I wish there were more stars to give! TLE and Maria (the director) have been the greatest gift to our family. We have had a phenomenal experience over the last few years. The director genuinely cares about her staff and the teachers know and genuinely care for the kids. The culture is incredibly welcoming and feels like a family. Any areas of concern we have brought up were taken very seriously and handled in a professional manner. My expectations have by far been exceeded. Maria has always made us feel heard and made our kids feel known and protected.

My son is 11 months & has stayed at home with me since birth. I figured now would be a good time for him to start daycare, even though I was a nervous wreck about it. We toured multiple different daycares in the area & none of them gave me that gut feeling of love, care and overall wellbeing of my child until we went to the Learning Experience. The facility is clean, they have a structured day for the children & they offer breakfast, lunch & snacks throughout the day. They take pictures & update you throughout the day on an app of all feedings, diaper changes & activities, which help put my mind at ease. The first day my son went to the learning experience he met his teacher Miss Deborah. She is a god sent. She reassured me that he would be just fine. She cares for him like he is her own. If it was not for her making sure I was okay, as I cried leaving him & her comforting him while I left, idk where we would be today. Every morning I ask him if he’s ready to go see Miss Deborah, he laughs, smiles & gets so excited! I always joke that she is like a second grandmother to him! Miss Chris & Miss Emily are also amazing. My son is very aware & does not just go to anyone, but these teachers have cared for & loved him so well that at drop off in the mornings he goes into their arms & as a mom that makes me so happy! I cannot say enough great things about these teachers. 10/10 experience!

Since making the switch, our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The learning environment has truly gone above and beyond for both of my kids, and we’ve seen such positive growth in them. The staff and front office team are always so kind, welcoming, and supportive, which makes a huge difference as a parent. We’re incredibly grateful to be part of a school community that genuinely cares about its students and families. Highly recommend the Learning Experience!

Amazing Experience at The Learning Experience! I can’t say enough great things about The Learning Experience! My son, Malik, absolutely loves going to daycare, and it’s all thanks to the wonderful environment and incredible teachers. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured that he was in the best hands. A special shoutout to Ms. Maria and Ms. Darley—they are truly amazing! Their kindness, patience, and dedication to the children shine through every day. They make learning fun, nurture the kids with so much love, and always keep us updated on Malik’s progress. It’s clear that they genuinely care about each child’s growth and happiness. Seeing Malik thrive, make friends, and come home excited about what he’s learned gives me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend The Learning Experience to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and educational daycare!
