Today, I had randomly googled Red Bell because I needed their address. I was shocked to see that there were only 2 reviews and 1 one them was not so good. My impression of Red Bell has been nothing but positive. Over the past 5.5 years we have sent 3 kids through their programs. The teachers are kind and welcoming. My oldest 2 have been well prepared when they went off to kindergarten. My youngest comes home from Red Bell happy and excited to share what he has learned. My kids have made strong, long-lasting friendships with their Red Bell classmates and actually prefer hanging out with them more than their elementary school friends. Their playground is nothing sort of magical with big trees, tree forts, a big sandbox and even a pet chicken. If you are looking for a new, state of the art center, Red Bell is probably not for you. But if you are looking for a center that will help your child grow into smart, well-rounded individuals Red Bell is just the spot for you!
I am extremely disappointed with Red Bell Preschool. As a parent, I expect a nurturing and supportive environment for my child, but this has not been our experience. Firstly, the staff sends accusatory messages regarding minor issues, making us feel unwelcome and judged. This is not the kind of communication I expect from a preschool that claims to care for children. Secondly, they do not assist newly three-year-olds with basic needs like wiping after using the bathroom. While my child has been potty trained for over a year she does not have the dexterity to wipe herself properly. Expecting such young children to manage this on their own is unreasonable and neglectful. My child has come home multiple times with soiled clothes because the staff refused to help. This lack of support is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress and regression for my child. I was also called two times in the middle of my work day and asked to come wipe my child. Additionally, the overall atmosphere at Red Bell Preschool feels cold and unwelcoming. The teachers seem more focused on enforcing rules than on fostering a loving and encouraging environment. My child, who used to be excited about going to school, now dreads it. My interaction with the owner was less than professional. I would not recommend Red Bell Preschool to any parent looking for a caring and supportive environment for their little ones.
Great school and daycare where you can feel secure that your kids are learning, happy and well cared for by people who really care about them!
