Excellent care/service here. I was travelling and was unfortunately in need of urgent care services and a CT Scan Thanksgiving week. I was able to be seen very promptly by Dr. Zak who was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Brooke, who coordinates the scheduling for radiology, was so incredibly nice and provided great assistance in getting everything scheduled quickly. Lastly, Julie was really professional but caring when she took me for the CT Scan. All-in-all, everyone I encountered at Mid-State went above and beyond to make me feel seen and cared for and if I lived locally this would absolutely be my clinic of choice. Highly recommend 10/10.

The doctors here are horrible. They aren’t even doctors. I went yesterday to be checked out and was told I was fine and had no fever. Went to another doctor and I had a fever of 101.1. They don’t know how to take temperates or do anything. The second doctor told me if I hadn’t went to a doctor I could’ve died. And that none of my symptoms show a viral infection but show a bacterial infection. This is unacceptable and pathetic.

I was given a wrong dosage on a prescription from when i had a heartattack. My brilenta was a 90 mg dose 2x a day and midstate sent on a 60 mg dose. It went unknown till i was reading my prescription and realized thrycsentvthecwrong dosage. Then after 3 months of pleading for them to fix my referral woth a dr i have never met it took three months and I finally sat in the lobby and refused to leave until they corrected my referral that they botched 3 months ago. I needed to go see my Dr at Dana Farber and had to cancel appointments as after several phone calls, message requests they wouldn't correct it until I went in and demanded it. Then my prescription weren't being paid for because they didn't fill out prescription correctly $500 out of pocket. Then I asked walmart to refill my prescription and then midstate sent it to Lebanon Pharmacy. It is constant mistakes. I requested labs be sent to my oncologist she only received half. The important ones I needed for my appointment didn't come thru. It's exhausting to have to constantly ask them to do these tasks. Then I have to go fix it because they do it wrong.

I recently had a physical with Dr. Kaylee Smith and from the moment I walked in to Mid-State Health Center in Plymouth until the moment I walked out I had honestly the best experience I have ever had at a primary care appointment and so I wanted to make sure I got the names of everyone involved to be sure to give them the shoutouts they deserved. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the doctors and even the woman at the front desk, Autumn, was so sweet and bubbly, honestly it took the edge off my anxiety and I was able to settle in a little in the waiting room because she was so kind to me. Then the medical assistant, Hailey, was extremely personable and down to earth. Honestly, I have never had a nurse/MA relate to me so much prior to the doctor coming in. I told her about my anxiety and we celebrated together when my blood pressure was normal and not spiked like I thought it might be from being so anxious. And finally, the icing on the cake was having Dr. Kaylee be SO. THOROUGH. Not once did I feel rushed in my appointment or like she had some ulterior agenda. I felt like she actually cared about me and my health concerns instead of just taking my blood pressure, listening to my lungs and charging my insurance. I have had plenty of physicals like that and when Kaylee ended the appointment by asking me if there was anything that she had missed that I might want to go over or if I had any health concerns I wanted to cover, I was shocked that a doctor was actually... doctoring in this day and age, lol. Anyways, sorry for the long-winded review, I'm just an anxious girl who was really grateful for such caring women who took care of me during my appointment!
