BIG MISTAKE!! Only two weeks with this company. I trusted this them to care for my loved one. They are poorly staffed, extremely rude and unprofessional. Let me begin by saying one of their employees were scheduled to work and she didn't show. When I phoned, the office I received a text shortly after- saying she was too busy to answer my call, my bed written love one went without a caregiver. No, apologize the next day to ensure me this was a one-time misfortune. Nothing! When I phoned the next day she didn't even mention the incident. I should have seen the red flag when I was told they are having tax issue and couldn't get a direct deposit account, for their employees. If I could give them a -zero I really would. This company is so bad the director didn't use her own company for her dad's care in his final days.
