My daughter has been with Purpose for Life Development Center since she was about 1years old. She started with the infant class which was amazing. I love how the staff made sure the location was secure. When my daughter transitioned over to the toddler classroom she adjusted fairly well. I like how they are teaching skills, working with parents during potty training phase and keeping an open communication with parents. The owner does an amazing job with activities through the year included field trips for the students. The staff members care for the students and if there are staff members who are not a good fit, they are replaced. There is staff development days which I admire and again open communication is great. Thank you Purpose for Life!
2 stars & here’s why: I absolutely LOVED the 1yo class & all the staff. Once my daughter moved to the 2yo class that’s when we had issues. I would take full packs of pull ups (32ct) then 3 days later get a call saying she’s out. Then the owner made a new rule saying your kid can’t come in the building if they are crying. If you can’t get them calm before drop off they send home at the door. I also had an issue with teachers having a very strong odor of weed. Smoke all you want but not while watching mine or anyone else’s kid.
Very loving daycare team. My kids are always happy when I drop them off and pick them up consistently for 6 months now. Their teachers are always so welcoming and interactive with the kids on personal levels. They have activities that the kids enjoy plus Spanish. Ms Christian is always on top of every detail. I'm at ease for the first time knowing that my kids are well taken care of while I work. I know and see that they are happy.
Purpose For Life has been exceptional with the care of my daughter. Not only is the daycare structure organized, consistent, and considers every individual need for all, Mrs. C and staff are like family. My baby has flourished and thrived. Mrs. C is the epitome of what giving back to the community means with the most thoughtful events held outside normal daycare that includes families events for all to attend, lock in's, summer field trips, family entertainment events, and she truly is a humantarian in her professional space. She is a visionary, shes is a servant leader, caring, thoughtful, giving, compassionate, ambitious, and sets aspiration for her employees and others to follow.
I absolutely love this school. My kids been here since they been 1 and now they are 6 and 3 . They always telling about they different things they learned or they next field trip they going on. I recommend this school to everybody that’s looking for a affordable and reliable school for their kids.
