What Parents Say
Prototypes Child Development Center is a residential rehabilitation program for mothers struggling with addiction, not a traditional daycare. Clients consistently praise the facility for providing comprehensive treatment including counseling, therapy, and safe housing that enabled them to achieve long-term sobriety and reunification with their children.
Prototypes is the most amazing place I have ever been. I tried tons of rehabs and nothing worked for me. I was taken to prototypes in 2000 pregnant homeless and hooked on heroin. This program saved me and my baby‘s life they found a way to help me get off the heroin and detox in a way that was safe for me and my unborn baby. I had my daughter nine weeks early but she was perfect healthy and alive. Thanks to prototypes thanks to the PA and that used to work there. I am over 25 years clean and sober and I wanna think prototypes you guys are amazing the woman that were there the counselors or on top of it. If you wanna get clean work this program. I was there almost a year when I left and like I said, I am still clean today. I still have my my tools to stay sober and I love it. Life is amazing and my daughter is now 25 years old and she’s amazing so thank you prototypes thank you to April and Anne and all the people there thank you.#Blessed ThankfulGreatful
@ Ty Harris , I'm sorry to be the one who has to speak some sense into you , but obviously someone needs to since you really think that a "heroine / real drug addict" is ANY different or better than an alcoholic ! You couldn't have paid too much attention while you were in this program , because that's one of the first things that you learn. Alcohol is a drug, PERIOD. Addiction is an ugly beast, no matter what substance you used to fuel it, it's all equally bad. You would know this if you actually opened your mind and allowed yourself to be vulnerable and heal and be receptive enough to carry what you learned here. You just sound like a hypocrite, an ignorant one at that. Really though, I hope you've humbled yourself since writing that comment, and I hope you've overcame your battle with alcohol .👏👏
This place isn't for everyone my service dog was denied there are some residents here that really need to help it's mainly for people who are under the influence and homeless it doesn't help everyone not every addiction is the same
I had the privilege to experience my first rodeo of rehabilitation here; had the greatest counselors, best organized and place to rest my head safe environment. Peers to look up too. Everything close by Dr office Tad office, hospitable wen I needed to Deliver my baby. Church available with GREAT LEADERS. Made a lot of long lasting friendship. My mindset was PERSEVERANCE, I learned that the exactly meant and ran with it with determination. I encourage you; thinking of self care and not in a position to care for your kids or no foundation structure is 🔑 And here is where you can start the journey. Good luck zBlessed you will be.- DA
