Best Preschool/Daycare in Pomona! My daughter loves going to class every day! She has learned a lot in the time she has been here. She was not fully potty trained when she started at this school but in a few weeks she began going on her own. The teachers are great with the kids. All staff is very friendly and they know every child/parent name. What I love about this school is that the teachers really do give each child individual/quality time and they really do put a lot of effort into your child's learning experience!

All of my kids have attended McKinley Montessori. They started in 2022 and I have had at least one of my kids enrolled there these past 4 years. All of the teachers are great. They are all patient with the kids and have a passion to help them. One of my daughters went here for almost 3 years before going to a public TK. She is advanced more than the other kids in her TK class thanks to McKinley Montessori. The staff are very accommodating and they serve healthy food. Ms. Rosa, Ms. Badra, Ms. Jovanna, Ms. Angie, and Ms. Rachel are all amazing. My kids love going here and one of my kids who does not attend anymore still likes to say hi to her teachers. They build strong relationships. I am very thankful for this school and all it has done for my kids. I would highly recommend.
We have had a really great experience so far at McKinley Montessori Academy. My son transitioned from Early Head Start where he had the same teacher for about 18 months, so I was initially nervous about how he would adjust to a new environment. The transition has actually been very smooth. He has been attending for a little over a month now and already knows the routine, recognizes all of his teachers by name, and seems very comfortable in the classroom. He is 3 years old and never complains about going to school, which says a lot about how welcomed and supported he feels there. The teachers are supportive, patient, and very engaged with the kids. The school is very well staffed. There are typically 3 to 4 teachers present and the ratio is around 6 to 7 children per teacher, which makes a huge difference in the level of attention the kids receive. Another big plus for our family is the schedule. It works really well with my work schedule, which has made the transition much easier for us as parents too. So far we have been very happy with the school and the care they provide. Ultimately, I am really happy I decided to go with Montessori instead of continuing with PUSD Head Start. The Montessori learning environment and the schedule have both been a big plus for our family.
