We have had an overall great experience with Primrose School of St. Charles at Heritage. My oldest child attended preschool through kindergarten and my youngest started in a toddler room. The owner, leadership team and teachers are all very approachable. Daily classroom updates are always given in a timely fashion and if there is a concern it is communicated and addressed quickly. They plan a wonderful weekly menu and there is a great variety of healthy foods. I especially like the daily structured lesson plans and the variety of activities. It is a friendly atmosphere - we are always greeted when entering or leaving the school. The owner takes building security and any health concerns very seriously. We attended during the COVID pandemic and policies/procedures were always in place, communicated effectively and updated consistently. The summer program is also a lot of fun! Both of my children enjoyed attending!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Primrose of St Charles. The environment is safe, clean, and structured, while still being fun and nurturing. Communication is prompt and clear. Everyone from leadership, to the teaching staff, to the incredible chef work together to provide the best experience and support for our child and family. We love being apart of this community! Primrose has been such a wonderful place for our family. The staff provides excellent care and goes above and beyond to ensure each child feels safe, engaged, and supported. Communication is always transparent, with updates throughout the day that give me peace of mind while I’m at work. My daughter participates in a wide variety of fun, educational activities that help her learn and grow, while also keeping her excited to come back each day. The environment is warm, professional, and highly organized. I couldn’t recommend Primrose more to any parent seeking a trustworthy and enriching daycare experience.
Both of my children grew up at Primrose, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the first day, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for, and they gave us peace of mind every single day knowing our kids were in such good hands. The teachers are warm, attentive, and truly invested in each child’s growth. Our kids learned so much, not just academically but socially and emotionally, and they always looked forward to going to school. We are so thankful for our time at Primrose at Heritage Crossing and will always appreciate the love, care, and guidance they gave our family.
Our daughter has really come out of her shell since starting Primrose and we have been very impressed with the progress she has made! The staff is very kind and helpful. We also loved all the summer activities they put together for the kids. We are so happy we joined the Primrose Heritage location!
