Primrose at Johnstown Road has been absolutely amazing for our daughter! From the moment we enrolled, the staff has shown nothing but warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every teacher is attentive, nurturing, and clearly passionate about what they do. We've seen incredible growth in our daughter — socially, emotionally, and academically. The communication is excellent, the environment is safe and welcoming, and the curriculum is thoughtfully designed. We feel so lucky to have found a place that feels like a second home. Highly recommend to any parent looking for top-tier childcare!

Disappointing how even in a structured facility, they cannot consider being flexible and tolerating children who may need some extra attention. I don't doubt this facility loves to teach children, just certain children. My brother had a terrible experience here at this institution, and the teachers were more than happy to part ways with my family when we decided to move on. A child who has big emotions is difficult to manage at this institution. They are not equipped to help these types of children. I hope they consider the next child who needs extra help, that they will take the time to build connection and love instead of discipline and creating an environment where these children are the ones that no child wants to play with. What a disappointing experience.

From the front desk staff, to Ms. Amy (chef) to the classroom teachers, our experience has been nothing short of wonderful! Everyone is so welcoming and you can really tell how much they care for each kiddo. The infant staff is very attentive. I also enjoy the notes they send from time to time about how they are so glad to have our little one in their class. I don’t ever worry about dropping our little one off there because I know he’s in great hands ☺️ We love Primrose!!
