Don’t bring ur children here. They don’t even have a director. The director quit and walked off on the job. They’re always short staffed. They all look like they hate their jobs. There was an incident where I walked in and my child was playing by herself. The teacher Luciana Garner tried to say I was lying. The next day I received a text from my other daughter’s teacher saying that Luciana told my daughter “I like you, but I don’t like your mom”. And since there’s no director, I handled it myself. I do not play about my children so if you are a parent that doesn’t play as well, then do yourself a favor and do not enroll your child. I heard the best Kindercare is Hilliard location. My niece goes there and loves it. Do not bring ur child here. It’s terrible. I had to unenroll my kids immediately.

I have had issues at first now although my problems were solved. The part I like about this daycare is that I can look to see through the app my sons diaper changes , feedings and sleeping time. This is my first time having my child in daycare so I was a little shaky about it at first. I still have my worries but I have to adjust myself. My sons teacher is really good with him she is one of the best teachers there her name is Ms. Haley. I am grateful I was able to find a daycare near me.

I love this center and the Directors and Staff! My son is always excited to go to "school" and always comes home feeling great about his day. The center Directors are always welcoming and are great communicators. Though this COVID-19 era has been challenging, this center has been consistent and supportive through all the changes our family (and I'm sure, others) have had to navigate!

My daughter attended this daycare for 3 years. When the Director left & a new one came in it all went down hill.Everyday for over a month a new teacher was in the room. No introductions, total chaos in the morning & afternoon. No structure & the kids weren't learning. I called corporate & complained. I explained my daughter was bored & needed structure & learning & to be kids her age. Not younger kids. The place was always a mess & smelly. I know many dropped out before & after my daughter was kicked out. Do not take your kids there they are not getting what the deserve for the price. The assistant director runs the place while the director hides in her office.

I never wanted to put my daughter in any daycare. Was so worried that nobody would take care of her like me, but like a lot of us we had no choice . And Because of how friendly & assuring they made me feel, i chose to start my daughter out here. Honestly, I'm so Happy I did. I especially LOVE the fact that they have an App that you can download and view all of their diaper changes, every time they eat plus, what & how much they eat.. ect. Plus they take pictures and post them when they do daily activities. My daughter has grown so much since she started here, and I give all the props to the Kindercare employees.
