Jessica has been absolutely phenomenal, and truly one of the main reasons I love dropping my son off every single day. From the very beginning she has been nothing but genuine, kind, and incredibly loving toward me and my son. It’s so clear how much she truly cares for people, and as a parent, that means everything. Jessica was welcoming from the start and a reason why I continue to choose primrose. She’s always welcoming. She goes above and beyond in every way, from being thoughtful to being understanding and flexible. She takes the time to really know our family, and that personal connection makes such a difference. Knowing my son is a school with people and staff who love him the way Jessica does gives me so much peace. Mrs Jessica is truly special, and we are so grateful for her. Toured many facilities and I loved this school. The leadership was so warm and welcoming, loved how all the kids were happy and the teachers were so involved and warm. I'd definitely recommend this school in my circle for the approach they take. Very loving and friendly atmosphere.

My kids have attending Primrose of Hixson for several months now. Their development has skyrocketed! They’ve come home saying new words, being helpful and gaining practical life skills. They have a wonderful teacher, Mrs. N. She greets them every morning with a big smile. I receive notification throughout the day about what my kids are doing, when their diapers were changed and how long they nap. Primrose curriculum is fantastic. Giving my kids so many options and opportunities to grow and explore. I am very happy with the Primrose meals and snacks. They offer a variety of balanced and healthy food. Primrose has an open door policy for parents to peak in to see their child interact in the classroom and obviously to pickup their child at any time. Primrose does a good job having special events every month. My kids loved water day this month! Yes, just like other childcare facilities there is staff turn over. My hope is Primrose will continue to work hard to gain a stable staff and teachers by treating them well and compensating them accordingly! Overall, I recommend Primrose School of Hixson!
