I picked up my 3yo midday and he had feces running down his legs. I smelled it before he came up to me. His shorts were so soiled that I threw them away after I cleaned him up in their restroom. He had multiple large blisters from this, evidence of them leaving him like that, so it wasn't a recent accident. Spoke to the director about it, she said it would be addressed, never heard back. Do not recommend.
Our daughter has been attending Childcare Network for six months now, and we couldn’t be happier! She absolutely loves her teachers and has already learned so much in such a short time. The staff has been incredibly welcoming, making us feel like part of the family from day one. We also appreciate the app—it gives us peace of mind by allowing us to check in on her day. Brandi and Ciara are fantastic directors, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring a positive experience for both parents and children. We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our little one!
Facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is pleasant, polite, well-trained, and compassionate. They also provide detailed reports of your child's daily activities and meal reports, which helps quite a bit to know how your child's day truly went. Our experience has been nothing but pleasant and I am incredibly thankful for all their hard work.
Childcare Network always does a great job with my child. We're very happy with having our child here. All of the teachers are kind and she always comes home well fed, happy, and tired from play. The management is always nice, supportive, and helpful. We would certainly recommend this location to another family and plan to have a second child of ours there soon.
The staff here is absolutely amazing.cierra is on top of things and is always very informative and nice everytime i see her. My daughter's teacher Kayln is an amazing person and im so incredibly thankful for her . She has the kindest souls and i feel so safe leaving my daughter in her care. All of the teachers here are so so nice and take their job seriously. Everyone always greets me with a smile and tells me to have a good day. I was so hesitant about putting my daughter into daycare but I am thankful I did. My daughter loves it and love all the teachers. The place is very well taken care of and clean as well. This place was recommended to me by an employee and I would highly recommend to anyone else. 10 /10
