I don’t often leave feedback, but I feel it’s important to share my experience because it truly matters. My child attends this daycare, and while I understand that kids can get sick, it is the responsibility of the daycare to monitor children who show symptoms—especially during flu season. Unfortunately, my child contracted Influenza A at daycare and brought it home, which resulted in the infection spreading to our entire family. We experienced extremely severe symptoms that required a visit to the Emergency Room, and our entire week was disrupted. This was far more serious than a typical flu. What concerns me most is that the daycare did not inform us until the following week—by that point, it was already too late to prevent exposure. I view this as a serious lapse in responsibility. Parents entrust the daycare to care for their children safely, not to inadvertently expose them to serious illnesses. I strongly urge the daycare to implement stricter health protocols, including tracking symptoms, testing children when necessary, and notifying parents immediately of any potential exposure. Parents also need to take responsibility: if your child is showing symptoms of illness, they should not be brought to daycare. Irresponsible actions can have severe consequences, including life-threatening situations. This experience was extremely difficult for our family, and I hope my feedback leads to improvements in health safety and communication.

As a home health pediatric physical therapist, I visit a lot of daycares. Primrose School of Firewheel has been one of my all time favorites! They have been so supportive of therapy in the daycare and of my patient and his journey to develop his skills. All of the teachers I've been in contact with have been supportive and very in-tune with each kiddo's needs! If I had little ones of my own now, this is where I would take them!

My son has been at Primrose for almost 2 years, starting at early preschool and is now in preschool 2. He loves his school, his friends, and his teachers! The staff were very patient with him while he first adjusted to their regular routine when he started, and he soon blossomed into the sweet, kind, and smart kid we knew at home. He loves the structure of the curriculum and really loves learning. He's made great friends with his classmates, and often talks all evening long about things he learned and did at school that day. We are also updated daily with activities the kids are doing, announcements, and reminders. We are always screenshotting the funny things our son has been doing while he's away learning at school. I would recommend Primrose Firewheel to anyone wanting a caring, clean, and safe place to send your children.

Primrose Firewheel has been such an amazing school for both my girls! Mr. & Mrs. Lalloobhai have been amazing and are there for the staff and the families whenever needed. The school is always clean and looks put together! My girls love coming every day! I love working here and bringing my kids!

We can’t say enough good things about this location! From the staff to the curriculum to the communication, we have truly enjoyed (and continue to enjoy) our experience at Primrose Firewheel. The leadership team is absolutely amazing! It’s such a huge relief as a parent to know that our child is in a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment. We never have to worry about what’s happening during the day because we get app updates or question whether our child is learning because we can see their development firsthand. The progress and growth are evident, and it’s clear that the entire team is dedicated to creating a positive and engaging learning experience. Thank you for all that you do!
