I love the confidence I have in the employees. I’ve never seen anything other than exceptional childcare/ teaching in each of the classroom. (Each classroom has windows) and children are separated by ages on the playground. I am always happy to recommend Primrose. ❤️ (feedback posted for my 2.5 and 4 year old)
This school was honestly the best decision I have ever made for my son. He started just under 2yrs only and was a late talker, until he started speaking full sentences! But I attribute that to enrolling him in Primrose of cross creek - the teachers communicate well via a personalized app. And if I have any issues at all I feel totally comfortable speaking with the wonderful office staff. He has loved all of his teachers and we love to talk about his day before bedtime. He gets so excited to share everything he is learning! I wish I could keep him there forever.
The teachers are all amazing, friendly, and treat the kids as their own. They are always happy and joyful and keep you updated of everything. I love the pictures I get throughout the day and knowing what my son is learning is awesome.
I had both of my children attend Primrose from 11 weeks to VPK and after care after staring kindergarten. Mrs. Wise goes out of her way to support and appreciate each child, knowing their names and temperaments personally. While an ownership change during our tenure led to some staff turnover, process changes, things seem to be stabilizing now. Primrose and Mrs. Wise were flexible in adapting the support and schedule to meet my child's unique needs, ensuring he was supported in the environment. They allowed my speech therapist and occupational therapist to go into the classroom and create unique support mechanisms for my son to be successful. Ultimately, their flexibility and support of my child’s unique needs was appreciated and helped in his overall development.
Absolutely love the school, teachers, curriculum etc! I could not endorse the school more highly! Our daughter is currently in EPB and I am so impressed with the professionalism, true caring and patience of her teachers, Mrs. Henry and Ms. Soto. My daughter comes home raving about school everyday. The school is clean, well maintained and hires motivated teachers. Sending our kids to Primrose was the best decision we’ve made since moving to Florida and we will miss them when we leave.
