I cannot say enough good things about this school and this location! Our daughter has been enrolled in this Primrose Pinnacle since she was 3 months old. Since day 1 I have been extremely comfortable leaving her in their care. The infant teachers have nothing but love in their hearts for each baby. The admin staff makes an enormous effort to know each child and their families allowing for a warm welcome every morning. I also appreciate being able follow along all day with her activities including every diaper change, every meal, and every nap along with pictures of her fun day. You will not be disappointed. 10/10 recommend!
As a parent, I love having my daughter here! We love seeing the pictures of them playing with our baby and allowing her to grow as my husband and I both work! It is hard not being with her 24/7 but I am at ease knowing she is in great care! I love the photos, updates, and messages all through the day!

I love seeing the funny pictures Ms. Karah puts on procare of her and my daughter. The admin team is very kind and works hard to make it the best place for you and your children.
I cannot say enough amazing things about the teachers I have had experiences with. Karah and Zoe have been here for years and had both of my children. They are in the infant class and truly care for your kids. They are family to all of us. My LO went only ever being BF and they took time to help figure out which bottle worked best to help him thrive. They just go above and beyond always. Ms. Krista is in the preschool class and I’m pretty sure she’s a saint. She had my son for over a year since he moved up early. He learned so much in that year and still continues to talk about her. She is patient and kind. She loves all the kids and truly loves to teach. I also have had amazing experiences with a bunch of the teachers who have been there for a while. The support staff is just as great—Ms. Coco is a staple of that school. Although they’ve had some turnover through the years, their core teachers who have stayed for years always go above and beyond to exceed expectations. They are a family to me.
After staying home for the first year of my son’s life, Primrose made the transition to daycare incredibly comfortable. The photos, updates, and stories from his teachers are a constant reminder of how much he is loved and cared for at school. Thank you for all you do!
