If I could give them 0 starts I would. They smacked both my daughters hands, squeezed their cheeks to the point they were making fish lips because one wanted to see the other one in her class and the fat white lady got mad. The fat white lady is mean and abusive to the children. The schools agers always have their coats and book bags on sitting down and they are never playing. And the director lady dismissed me when I told her my concerns. She said since she didn’t see it that there’s not a problem. Do no send your kids here! The white lady works with the preschoolers I also seen her yank a little Spanish girl from the floor by her arms because she was crying after her mom left. I called children services on them. This centers trash!

Touring this place before enrolling three of my children, I was relieved to see the teachers were very nice, and have their own kitchen to prepare fresh meals. There was a non-stop high-pitched sound coming from one of the cameras and one light was always flickering in the preschool room, but the playground outside was spacious. When dropping my children off for one full day, I had no bad feelings and the teachers were genuinely nice although some had broken English and spoke mainly Spanish. Being bilingual myself, this was not a concern to me. Upon picking up my children in the afternoon, I came and saw my 1 yr old was sitting in a bouncer with all the other infants sitting in bouncers circled around an ipad to entertain them while another instructor was with an infant and simultaneously on the phone with what looked like a personal phone call. If I had known my child would be in front of a screen or taking personal calls, I would not have left my child in their care. Also, even though I brought warm clothing for my child to play outside as I was told they would, they stated this age group was not to go outside. I was told otherwise before enrolling them to this center. Next, my other two children came in from playing outside which I was relieved to see until the teacher asked me if I had brought any pullups for my 2 year old. I not only brought at least 8 pullups for my child, but when I checked my child immediately since I got a bad feeling, he had a poopy diaper and had not one diaper change in 7 HOURS!!! I told the supervisor that I had left all their belongings there and even showed her where. Due to the lack of communication between the employees caring for my children, my child was in a dirty and soiled diaper for up to 7 hours! Rather than apologize, the teacher became defensive at how it's not her job to keep track of everything. I did get a final report for my infant but no report for my 2 and 4 year old. My 4 year old complained of being thirsty and after checking their water bottles-- neither one of them had been opened or given to my children. My child said they just sat in front of a TV a lot and watched something. No security system, no working cameras to the best of my knowledge, no app to keep parents updated. Do not recommend this place. Had high hopes for this place and was greatly disappointed with the care they provided for my children.
