I really hate to write a bad review, but we definitely did not have a good experience. Our little guy is 5 months old and his daycare closed for teacher training so we thought we would try Playtime+ for the few days they were closed. He had hand foot and mouth a week ago and has been back to his daycare already because his pediatrician said he was no longer contagious. After drop off at Playtime+ they called saying they needed a doctor note saying he was cleared to be there which I did not have so I said I would come back and get him. I understand and appreciate that they would require that and don’t at all mind that I needed to come get him. I’m frustrated that they refused to refund the registration fee since he couldn’t stay. I wish this all could have been properly discussed before I paid it since he wasn’t even there for an hour. Then I went in to pick him up and he was strapped in a bouncy chair on the floor sucking on a dirty blanket hysterically crying all by himself. I almost burst into tears. He’s only 5 months old. The classroom teachers seemed extremely young and like they didn’t really care about the babies. It was kind of traumatizing to a new mom dropping her baby off somewhere new and trusting he would be taken good care of. Definitely would not recommend for babies.
Worst experience ever! Will be reporting to OK DHS. 5 month old baby dropped off. Had rash previous week on hand, Doctor cleared to go to daycare. They let my wife drop off and had her come back in less than an hour. When she arrived he was strapped to a bouncer screaming with no one attending to his care. Of course they charged a $59 registration fee for this one hour as well as the hourly rate. Refused to refund either. Will file with dispute with bank. Ooh and they gave him a dirty blanket to suck on. These people have zero business caring for infants!

I cannot speak highly enough about Playtime(+)! From the moment we first walked through the doors, it was clear that this daycare is a special place. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and passionate about creating a nurturing and safe environment for the children. The classrooms are bright, clean, and filled with engaging activities that foster creativity, curiosity, and learning.
My daughter has been going here for almost 2 years and is always excited to go to daycare! The staff is Amazing and friendly always greeted with smiles! The staff is always quick with any questions or concerns i have!
