I really wanted to like this place, because I was on the hunt for a daycare for my kids, since this was the only daycare that had openings. Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with the walk through. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was a church. Receptionist is super nice, but unfortunately wasn’t there most of the time that I needed to talk too her. When we register my kids we had to pay which is absolutely fine! But they gave us a list of things we needed to bring. For example my youngest (3) needed to bring a crib sheet & blanket to stay at the daycare for nap time. I made sure he had it in his backpack for the 1st day. They did not take it out of his backpack at all for 3 weeks. I even let 3 people know. I let it go, and moved forward. Then our final day there (made that decision as soon as I got to the car) my youngest had an accident, which they let me know cause he was in their clothes that they had, which when I saw that I assumed he had 2 accidents because he wasn’t in his extra clothes that I packed for accidents. Once I get to the car I looked in his backpack and sure enough his extra clothes were in there. Which made me very upset. To me they didn’t even take the time too look. I also asked to why the didn’t call me if he was having accidents (diarrhea, he wasn’t feeling well) and the “teacher” had said she didn’t have the right number for me. I didn’t say anything and once I got to the car I called my husband who was also furious because they didn’t even try to call him, or any other number that we had listed for emergencies! They didn’t even try, and to me were just being lazy! Also I would usually pick up my kids around different times. Usually between 4:00-5:45 and every time I went there all the kids were glued to a tv! Did not like that at all! We only did 3 weeks and that was it for me, as a mother that place just didn’t sit right for me!
This daycare forgot a child on their school transport van. Lost their transport license with dhs and proceeded to not tell the parents until 3 days before so they could keep parents on the hook paying them as long as possible. We had pulled our kids and moved them to Rhema. They went ahead and billed us for a week they weren't even there and then submitted this to a collection agency. This is the pastors wife. What poor ethical standards. Hope this church gets shut down.
This is by far the BEST daycare. This is our third daycare (the first closed and the second no longer takes her age) and my little one is happier than she has ever been. She is truly loved and cared for here and the teachers interact with her just how she needs. She has not complained once about it or fussed in the morning; she is EXCITED to go! We opted out of Broken Arrow Pre-k because she is learning just as much (if not more) here and to see her flourishing and thriving under the care of Vision 21 is remarkable. Class sizes are small, it is very clean and organized, it feels like home. I highly recommend this daycare if you are searching for a safe and welcoming educational environment for your children.
