What Parents Say
Council Oaks Learning Campus receives mostly positive reviews from long-term parents who praise the caring staff, educational quality, and genuine attention given to children. However, there are concerns about staff responsiveness to health issues and an isolated report of unwelcoming behavior during a tour inquiry.
We have two kids that attend this place and they absolutely love it! The teachers become family and genuinely get to know the kids and what they need. The director is quick and active within the daycare.
I have taken my kids to other learning campuses and this is, by far, the best one yet! My children are learning every day, and I feel that more than their basic needs are being met. Yes they get their three meals a day, snacks, changed, and put down for naps, but they are loved unconditionally. The staff makes me feel my babies are given love and attention throughout the day. You can go anywhere to get the basic needs met, but they treat your kids like you would want them to treated. The education is also fantastic. I highly recommend...
This is the best place for childcare. Our daughter has been here for 2 years. The teachers are absolutely amazing and have done an amazing job teaching all of the kids. I highly recommend Council Oaks to anyone. Keep up the great work!
They suggest over the counter treatment that doesn't work...then you try to follow up they are open but can't provide alternate treatment cause the pharmacy is always closed on the weekend. They won't help pain for utis issues even when pharmacy is open. Cause they don't like to give antibiotics to see if will help your pain.
I called to see about pricing and availability, was told to stop by to take a tour any time… I show up same day and the director very rudely stated there’s no openings and tours are only at 6pm so you don’t get to see the teachers and kids interact. Very strange that she was upset because I was there.
