Best preschool in Arizona!!! As someone that spends a significant amount of research to ensure my kiddos are getting the best care. This place stood out to me the most. My kids are 2 and 3 years old and love it here. The teachers are extremely caring and attentive to the kids needs. I am so happy to have found this place and have no problem with commuting to get our kids the best care here. Everyone from the teachers to front desk to the person helping with the kids food. Everyone is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this place if you want your kids to be happy and treated well. Huge thanks to Angie, Ms. Felicia, Ms. Niki, Chef TJ, Ms. Lizette, and Ms. Mari. Amazing people. Very appreciative of them. They deserve everything good in the world.
Phoenix Children's Academy Private preschool is the best child care place my children have gone too. All the teachers are patient and kind with all my children. My son is developmentally behind and they never for one moment treat as such witch is such a huge step to getting him on track. They also have helped with my daughter emotional readiness for kindergarten and I am so thankful.
Phoenix Children’s Academy is such a wonderful, loving and fantastic place for your child. As a former teacher and preschool director I can tell you that this school and its teachers not only care about your child, but treat them as one of their own. Our son loves going everyday and the enjoyment he has makes me feel so comforted as a mom. I get updates and pictures throughout the day, which is so great to see him smiling, laughing and learning. I give this school the highest of recommendations!
The new teachers and Ms. Cassandra, along with so many wonderful existing teachers, are making this a truly extraordinary school. Our boys are loved and learn so much. Can’t recommend this school more, especially with the recent changes.
My daughter started at this location over 5 years ago. She loved it and I loved that I had peace of mind, in leaving my child in their care. As a single mom, its rough trusting other people with my daughter. A little over a year ago, I started to communicate some issues with the front office. There was a significant lack of communication, at that time. A spot had opened for her at her own grade school for before and after school care, so i moved her to that, with the intention of utilizing PCA for her school breaks. When she returned during the spring and the summer, the issues were still there. The amount of times, myself, my daughter, and my mom, felt like their cold attitudes, lack of correspondence, and mistakes were intentional was highly discouraging. I feel that the director lacks empathy and effective communication skills. I feel that when a child comes home (unknowing of the many many issues that were discussed with the director) and communicates that she felt like she was being treated unfairly on purpose by her teachers, that is a problem. I pulled her from the school, as she was going back to her grade school at the start of the school year and she will not be returning; however, that last week of her attendance, my account was over charged and I still have not been refunded the entire amount (7 weeks later). Yet again, a mistake I feel like is intentional, based on our history. I truly feel sad that some years ago, I would have recommended this school to everyone I know. Now, having heard the things my daughter told me, and experiencing all that I have, I wouldn't dream of recommending this school to anyone.
