My child has been attending perfect angels for a little over five months now. Since they have started, I have definitely seen a growth in their learning. I must say, despite some recent changes in structure and staff, the intimate, nurturing environment remains as strong as ever. The daycare manager Jemia who has been there since my child has started has always been very caring and informative on my children progress. I love that she always ask for feedback on what they can approve on with the children. The new team has brought fresh energy and ideas, and I’m genuinely excited for the continued growth of Perfect Angel Learning Center. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a warm and supportive atmosphere!

DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN! This location does not properly watch your children nor do they update parents on incidents that have occurred inside of place. The staff members allow children to be harmed and fail to inform parents, fail to properly complete incident reports and are not concerned with the children’s safety. This is very unfortunate because this place was highly recommended by a friend but due to the staff’s lack of attention and care for the children and the owner not holding her staff accountable and abiding by her policies which are all incidents should be reported and parents should be informed of those incidents, this experience has been terrible. Children’s safety should be number 1 priority especially for children at such young ages.

Perfect Angels is a good center for your child to be apart of. The staff there genuinely do care about the children and love them. They work hard everyday to provide a wonderful learning experience for each child. Ms. Jemia has done an excellent job with managing the center and caring about the concerns of parents. I am very pleased with the service and staff.

I’ve been a parent with Perfect Angels Learning Center for about 5 months now. When my daughter started at PALC, the only words she knew how to say were daddy, mommy and No. With in only 5 months she knows how to count from 1 to 10, she knows abcs, how to ask for help, mostly importantly she has improved significantly on her communication skills. All thanks to PALC. Overall, this is a great place for children to learn and grow. Most stuff that i have met have been professional, communicative and very kind especially the new director Ms. Jemia whom I met when she was just a teacher. I am very happy to see her becoming a director of this center because she has done a tremendous job so far. I and my daughter love her and the energy she brings to the atmosphere. I recommend this daycare.

I had high hopes for Perfect Angles Learning Center, but my experience has been far from perfect. Unfortunately, I have to share my disappointment with the service we've received. First and foremost, the director, Jemia, has a very rude and dismissive demeanor. When I tried to address my concerns, she brushed them off without a second thought, making me feel like my worries were unimportant. It’s disheartening to feel like you’re not being heard, especially when it comes to your child's care. Moreover, the lack of attention to the infants is alarming. I recently sent my 3-month-old to the center with properly sized diapers, only to find out that they sent my child home in a size 5 diaper! This is not only inappropriate but also raises concerns about the overall care and attention the babies receive. If they can’t even manage something as basic as diapering correctly, what else might be overlooked? Additionally, there seems to be a complete lack of accountability from Jemia. When I raised these issues, rather than taking responsibility or offering a solution, she said “mmm”. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable in a childcare setting where parents need to trust that their children are in capable hands. Lastly, the overall organization of the center leaves much to be desired. It feels chaotic, and the staff seems overwhelmed, which only adds to the concerns I have about my child’s safety and well-being. In summary, I cannot recommend Perfect Angles Learning Center due to the rude behavior of the director, the inattentiveness to the infants, the absence of accountability, and the disorganization. I hope they can make some significant improvements for the sake of the children in their care. In Response to you Thanks for your response. I too wish you had arrived sooner, because I do not believe the leader in the infant room, Ayana, was the issue. Please note that Ayana was the reason I chose your center in the first place. She was very nice and helpful during my tour. She even helped me to get registered because the director never had the paperwork together, which caused me to make unnecessary trips to the center. Ayana’s friendly and nurturing disposition made me feel comfortable leaving my child there. I would hate to see her removed from that position, especially since she was the only person who actually cared for my child. The problem was the numerous amount of infants/toddlers in the infant room and the lack of professionalism from the director, Jemia. Jemia’s demeanor was very unprofessional and she never apologized or addressed any of my issues she also didn’t greet me as I entered the classroom. I sincerely hope you reconsider removing the infant leader because my issues are not at all directed towards her. My daughter will no longer be attending Perfect Angels due to Jemia’s lack of care as a director.I would like to you directly as well as soon as possible. I also do not appreciate how you have listed my child’s name on the internet. I believe that demonstrates a lack of professionalism and raises privacy issues. I kindly ask that you promptly address my concern and take the proper steps to ensure such an oversight doesn’t occur in the future.
