I called after being referred by someone else because i was trying to help a friend who needed assistance paying a bill. As soon as i told the lady answerint the phone what i was inquiring about. She was very rude. Eventhough they offer assistance she said my friend shouldnt of waited until the last minute. Well life happens and people cant help it and shouldnt be treated that way. This is someone who has never asked for help and probably never will again. She was so embarrassed she wouldnt even go ask for help. God dont like ugly! Ill pray for you Charmarie!
My husband and I were recommended to try FUMC. And while there has been some changes in leadership and church rules, the people there are very loving. Currently the senior pastors are a husband and wife team. Loletuth and John Kalz are very relatable and well educated. Loletuth has been very active answering any questions I have about becoming a deacon/deaconess in the Methodist church. Also there is a very diverse group of people. At Wednesday Night Alive dinners, you may just sit down and share a meal with a leader in your community and not even know it.
Always a great experience there when visiting with my brother and his family
