My daughter loves it here! She has not had any issues with bullying and all behavior concerns are addressed right away. It is clean and my daughter has a lot of fun. Pro: free snack. Con: You have to pay for holidays when it is closed. Between thanksgiving/xmas/new year, I will be paying $106 to the daycare while it is closed.

Our daughter has attended this daycare for 2 yrs now and I have to admit after reading reviews as adults we know we can't please everyone. With some bumps in the road our daughter adjusted well and even though other parents tried hard to get our child removed through lies , cameras dont lie. I'm so grateful for Mrs. Rhonda and other staff members for making my child feel welcomed. It's truly a shame that parents don't lead by example and would write bad reviews because their behavior wasn't accepted. Like every situation theirs 2 sides to every story. It's hard enough going to work not knowing if our children are Safe, KIDLIFE HELPED ENSURE I could get through the day knowing my child is safe. To attack someone's character out of anger is simply pathetic .KIDLIFE , I have recommend to many parents who want a place to send their kids where there is staff that CARE !!!

Administration not only entertains bullying of older children to younger children but promotes it through their parents as well. Experienced reversed racism towards myself and my child because they are afraid to address adults and children of color. Had I known the other opinions in the area I would have taken my daughter out long before being attacked on site. I was punished for standing up for myself because I'm white and that is easier than addressing the real problem who happens to threaten because of their skin color. My child along with others was bullied by an older child and after many times of requesting action was told they don't know what I'm talking about. The parents of this child also bullies the children at drop off and pick up and also goes unaddressed. My child is in a larger program now and couldn't be happier. How is it my child or I'm the problem if we have no issues anywhere else?? My child is involved with many more children and no bullying because other programs don't allow it. Since I left several others have left too because of the same issues. Another poor child suffers in silence still.

I've had the privilege of observing this daycare for the last sixteen years. The level of excellence, the care for the children, and the responsiveness to parents is outstanding. I recommend this preschool to any parent who wants to have their child in a loving, safe atmosphere. The new facilities with security features is second to none. From the director to the office team to the teachers, this daycare is wonderful.

Never met a Director who cares more for children and families than Rhonda. This Preschool has been serving the community for decades and does a wonderful job teaching and taking care of our children. I know many people who have had kids at this daycare over the years and all of them talk about the daycare with high regard! Thank you so much Park Crest Daycare for all you do for our Community!!!
