I will not be sending my kids here further. There’s a TON of issues more importantly where I told them I was cramping really bad and thought I was in labor (I was 28 weeks) and they basically said I was lying and said they weren’t bringing me to the hospital (I didn’t have a car) so I had to call an ambulance and my son was born dead. Thankfully they were able to bring him back to life but he unfortunately is now disabled. This childcare was meant to be helpful but in reality they allow drama inside the childcare space, people constantly arguing/fighting around children, they will call DCF on you if you’re in the hospital and cannot pickup your child until a few minutes/hour past - they’re still open at this time just don’t want anyone except staff kids (and refuse to help you find transportation). If you’re child has a small bruise, they will call dcf even IF you have a doctors note stating child had a fall (that happened at this daycare!). They will interrogate your young children and make them say things that aren’t true etc. list goes on. Dcf was never involved, but these are just some of the things this organization fails to admit. I would NOT send your kids there if you’re looking for a safe space. They’ve also had cases where they allowed a child predator inside the building.

Terrible they let random parents hold your kid most of whom have mental health or substance abuse issues. Staff more likely to be argumentative and condescending then helpful

two moms are talking about their kids who don't seem to be getting along and figure out a salutation. Nope can't do that. They keep everything hush hush so they don't look bad. There's no transparency, no help. They say one thing and do another
