When you enter for the first time, they deceive you by saying that they will teach your child, and everything is friendly, from the second day the terror begins, they rush you for everything, they are not responsible for anything, your child will come home very hungry because the food When you ask them, they only tell you that they feed him well and my daughter has lost a lot of weight since she has been here. It's the worst daycare I've seen since I lived in Miami, and the director is the most hypocritical thing you'll ever meet. I'm terrified of leaving and not knowing what they do when you're not there since they are very hypocritical, especially the director "Soraya"

"DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD IN THIS CENTER" This daycare is not a good place, the director "Soraya Fortes" simply treats children like numbers, when you tell her something you don't like about the handling of your baby she just gets angry, my son He has had accidents at this daycare and when we arrive they only blame the baby saying that he is very restless, and they also told us that very little is done, what they tell you is crazy!! when the responsibility to be attentive is entirely theirs. The official website simply does not work and when you look for a number to access a manager to complain it simply does not appear and sends you to a blank page. That's why we are looking for other ways through the county to expose the mismanagement at this center. We are also doing the paperwork to get our baby out as soon as possible. It's also obvious that they eliminate ratings because not many other like-minded people appear.

as a first time mother i thought because the facility was small and sweet my son would be immensely cared for to only last about 3 months at this place, your concerns will not be taken seriously or heard, your child will not be properly fed or taken cared for my son has shown so many signs of aggressiveness since he started here, 3 months and he has had 4 incident from children biting him to the workers THROWING HIS CLOTHES AWAY to having random marks on him the last one he had a 3 inch abrasion on his neck and was indicated as a " bug bite" but stated other wise by e.r till this day my son is still healing from it having a full on scab on his neck from skin breakage , the director doesnt care for the parents ESPECIALLY IF YOURE YOUNG , save yourself the heart ache and abuse/neglect towards your baby , you get what you pay for , cheap and sad please listen to all the parents who have expressed the poor care they have experienced

No lo recomiendo, el primer dia de mi bebe de 10 meses estuvo con scratches and la cara y las Sra Soraya solo supo decir que fue el mismo pero mi bebe no es de los suele hacer eso. Solo duro dos semanas ahi y mi corazon no estaba tranquila porque uno como mami sabe cuando algo no esta bien. El bebe llegaba sin voz de tanto llorar y con mucha hambre como si no le daban bien de comer. En todos eso dias que mi bebe estaba ahi mi corazon se sentia un poco calmada cuando la Sra Odalis estaba ahi. Pienso que ella era la unica con compasion por los ninos a diferencia de la directora Soraya que solo esta atenta al dinero mas que al bienestar de los pequenos.
