Our family loves Bright Horizons. The staff here are exceptional with many of the teachers being there for 20+ years which is difficult to find at most daycare centers. The facility is top notch with clean, spacious classrooms filled with educational toys, an entire full sized gymnasium, and multiple playgrounds/outdoor areas. A morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack are also provided which is always a win when you don't have to pack your kid lunch every morning!
The BrightHorizons Mallard Creek staff is excellent. My child has been enrolled since she was 6months old and she’s almost 2 years old. Their communication With me about my daughter’s progress throughout the day is very informative and consistent. The staff is very tenured and experienced. They do a great job with managing the overall health and safety of the center. My daughter has soared in her development and awareness. The staff, activities, meals and communication make this a top center in Charlotte. I’d recommend to any parent. I’m looking forward to my daughter’s continued growth.
My son attended Bright Horizons Mallard Creek from 6 months to 4.5 years. I couldn't have wished for a better daycare for him. The teachers and staff have a wealth of experience and are extremely dedicated to the health and well-being of every child. We loved every minute of our Bright Horizons journey!
My son was diagnosed with Autism just a couple weeks after joining BH. With my son being my first child it was all very new to me but one thing I did understand was the stress load. I appreciated Mrs. Sharon having a desire to work through some of my son’s melt downs on her own before addressing them with me. When it needed to be addressed I appreciated her transparency and willingness to sit down and come together to figure out best plan of action to ensure the safety of king and his class mates. While also ensuring he was continuing to learn. I felt like my son was safe and happy. I enjoyed the spirit days he took part in and school photos along with the schedule it really gives the children a real life prep of how it will be when they start school etc. I loved the detailed info on my son’s day in the app. It helped to ensure we are all on the same page. Getting daily photos for someone like me who loves photos I enjoyed that I will be making him an album with those photos. The staff was friendly welcoming and positive. This is a great place for people to send their children!
The staff is beyond great. The warm welcome from the door to the classroom is Amazing! The daily reports and pictures give me confidence that my son is safe, learning, & building relationships. We (the parents) receive weekly updates to keep us informed of what’s going on at BH. They offer monthly webinars to the parents as well to help/ideas to navigate life and toddler/family. I’m happy I chose Bright Horizon Mallard Creek for my son.
