This school has recently gone through a LOT and big staffing changes... all for the better! It's on its way to a better place and the teachers and staff left now actually care about the kids and providing a good and safe place for them. My twins have had a great experience in the blue room and love their teachers. The staff that needed to be released/ fired were in the past 2 months and now I am optimistic with new leadership that this daycare and the kids in it will thrive once again.

I give this school five stars. They are awesome. Recently they have fallen through the cracks, but I give them credit they are doing their best for the children. I can already see a change in that place. And it's amazing. Once they open the other side of the school my younger children will be going there. And I'm thankful they made some changes for the school especially the other side. There was so much drama. Adults that acted like toddlers, and running a business you have to get rid of those certain kind of people. And can't wait for the new staff when it comes. Management has worked really hard and so has the board. Hayleigh is the sweetest. And so is Megan, it takes strong, loving people to pull through this. I couldn't do it. The past "intern director" as they called her Aubrey was just a bunch of trouble. I'm so glad she is gone. She would have ran that place to the ground, she was always on her phone ( really all of Yellow and Orange Room past teachers were). It made me so angry. How can someone be so careless with these young children. There was no supervision with them. Children were climbing on tables and bookshelves. I don't know who hired them but glad they are gone for good. Blue and Red Room teachers are amazing they care for the children and their education and development. They are the true heroes. So I highly recommend this school now they will work with you, and there so much Positivity.

If I could give less than a star, I would. My daughter was at ORNS for 4 months. When she started, a week before her first birthday, I was desperate for childcare. I was given a sudden, hard deadline at work & ORNS was the only daycare with immediate openings. That, plus the fact that they stretched the rules to let her start a week before the “minimum age requirement” probably should’ve been my first red flag, but it just seemed like a blessing at the time. The moment I walked into the building, I was uncomfortable. It looked like the walls were falling down around me. But I was told they were in the middle of making some renovations & upgrades, and I was desperate, so we continued on. Within the first month, the yellow room saw 3 lead teacher changes. Another red flag! We spent the entirety of our last 2 months there sick. Read that again. Our *last* 2 months, not our first months. This was not “getting used to daycare” sickness. This was exposure sickness to something at that school. I have my suspicions… My daughter has been at a new daycare for 2 months and we haven’t missed a single day due to sickness. I’ve heard that some changes have been made, and I hope they’re for the best! BUT I know that the *only* teacher there that I trusted was wrongfully terminated, so I don’t know that I’d trust that school board as far as I can throw them. What I do know is that if EITHER of “the Megans” are still in management at that school, there is still a very long way to go.

Words cannot possibly describe how much I do not recommend this daycare. My kid went here for a little over a year, regrettably and with in the first couple of months the lack of professionalism was very apparent. Confrontation with a teacher in the orange room over my daughter always being out of diapers, soon quit after due to god knows what. When she was moved to the blue room, her diaper was never changed, she ended up with multiple diaper rashes, there was a point where I marked a diaper that morning with a sharpie and sure as hell it was the same one she got in the car in. Soiled her clothes with pee because they just would not change her after my mentioning of it many times. She was CONSTANTLY getting sick. Letting the kids go outside from 9 am until I picked her up and she looked like she ate dirt all day. How a toddler gets dirt in between her toes through tennis shoes and socks is way beyond my mental capacity, but everyday the poor kid looked like she’d give a sandbox a run for its money. The fact that they charge so much for whatever “business” they think they are is absolutely remarkable. Oh, and let’s not forget they will charge you for every single vacation day, every holiday, and sick day your kid inevitably has to take, because they’re just entitled to that, you know. Anyway, take your child(ren) to the gulag before here. At least you’ll get what you expect there.

Very nice preschool! Clean and organized. I've had three children go through this school, and they were always very good to them. There is a family feel to this center that makes it very comfortable to be in. I always felt fine dropping my child off and personally that's the best compliment a school can get. Excuse the username I became a member in the Shannan Watts case groups online!
