Brookside Learning Center

We’ve had an amazing experience with Brookside! Our son has gone here since he was 3 months old, and we’ve had the same teachers for the last 15 months. There’s been no turnover in staff, and Nikki, Amy, and Vallie are so good with all the kids! The directors, Cathy and Jay, are great with our son, and even go out of their way to talk to our family and our older kids whenever we see them. We also have 11 and 7 year olds and have used 4 other daycares in the Oak Ridge area over the years, and Brookside is by far the cleanest facility we’ve ever been in. The staff here is by far the most consistent, caring, and attentive. We like them having cameras and a security system at the doors. We love that we’ve never had any safety concerns here. Would definitely recommend Brookside to anyone looking for childcare!

The place looks great - very clean, and all the current staff members are fantastic. The children always look happy and well taken care of. I strongly recommend.... I have to add, my family has trusted Brookside with our kids and grandkids for years. I know for a fact all the positive reviews you see are from actual BLC families and even former students, while most all of the negative ones come from people who've never even had kids enrolled at Brookside. I'd recommend taking a tour and talking with the staff yourself - then you'll see why so many of us have been happy there...

I could not be more pleased with a daycare as I am Brookside Learning Center. As a director of a child care center myself and know how things should be done, they are spot on. We have used them for the last 3.5 years at least. My youngest daughter has been there since she was 6 weeks old and she will be turning 3 very soon. She LOVES it! Mrs. Cathy, Jay, Nikki, Amy, Cindy, and Vallie are the BEST! She has learned SO MUCH! We had an emergency there when my daughter was almost 1 and they did everything that needed to be done. Mrs. Cathy had her in her arms when I rolled up as if she was her own. This is who I want taking care of my child. Any concerns or questions I have are always addressed. As a parent we want the absolute best for our child. As I said before she LOVES it there! If you are on the fence trying to find a learning enter please call Brookside Learning Center.

this daycare has been amazing. the staff are excellent, everyone is so educated and polite. i wholeheartedly believe that you should send your child to Brookside if you havent already. we will always be using Brookside, it has been the BEST experience.

The director is so unfriendly. She hates her job, kids and her customers. No hello, greeting or a smile. The staff are so unprofessional and the place smells. There is no lock or secure system so anyone could walk in and pick up your child. DO NOT send your child there.
