Northside Child Development Center

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this childcare center. My son was unenrolled after I sought help regarding his inability to go outside in colder weather due to a lung condition he was born with. It was disheartening to see him removed from a place where he should have felt safe and supported, especially when all I wanted was a solution for his needs. Additionally, I reported incidents of my son coming home with a black eye and being injured by other children, yet there was no incident report filed, despite this being a legal requirement. I felt dismissed and disrespected when I raised these concerns, and it only escalated after I reported the situation. During my time at the center, I experienced a pervasive sense of favoritism and discrimination, not only against me but also towards my mixed-race son. Whenever I sought assistance or clarification from management, my concerns were often turned against me, rather than addressed appropriately. Moreover, there are serious safety issues, including a mouse infestation that affects the well-being of both staff and children. The environment often felt unsafe, with disruptive behavior from other children going unchecked. I had hoped for a more inclusive and caring atmosphere when I enrolled my son, but instead, I encountered a lack of accountability and support. It is disheartening to see a center that once embraced diversity evolve into one that seems to favor a homogeneous group. I urge parents to consider these issues seriously before enrolling their children here.

Great childcare center my daughter has been going there since she was four years old now she 11years old. Highly recommended. ☺
