I could write a diatribe on the things I went through trying to get my 14 month old into Pediatrics Plus. He had just come into my custody, wasn't eating solid foods or making sounds, devoid of emotions, couldn't walk, etc. Through all the testing and of course issues with medicaid, A YEAR LATER, I found North Hills Services. At this point he had come a long way but he still needed some more specialized attention. The immediate sense of relief when we actually spoke to Melissa before ever even stepping foot in the facilities was immeasurable. Since then, I have been nothing but grateful. He has come so far and I feel so good leaving him with this staff every day. I have enjoyed every single person I have come into contact with here and if your child is any need of any extra attention I cannot recommend this place enough. THANK YOU ALL SOO MUCH!!! <3 <3 <3
I JUST called here and spoke with Melissa and she was EXTREMELY rude. I was calling to ask about my child attending the daycare and her attitude was HORRIBLE which is a clear indication that I will NOT be enrolling nor are we interested in my child attending this daycare, not to mention she kept hanging up on me not knowing why I was calling. BEWARE!
