Both my children went here from babies till they aged out. We absolutely loved all those many years at the Center. We have had some amazing teachers and directors. The owners are amazing as well. We loved how we could watch them online anytime we wanted. And the secure entry.

Since the previous manager left the care and attention given to children has dropped significantly. My child keeps coming home with feces dried on her and lobster red from diaper rashes. Both me and my husband have spoken with the staff, I’ve asked for the manager to contact me 3 times in the last two weeks…not a peep from them unless I stop someone in the hall or in the classroom. Teachers will be in the room on their phones, not watching the kids at all (I’ve confirmed this with a few other parents) and will tell them to get away and go play over there. With that many kids (7 -10) and one teacher, anything can happen. I’ve also learned that other parents (and I understand that our issues may not apply to every classroom) are on waiting lists and have unresolved and unheard complaints. My child has also come home with injuries and bite marks that weren’t documented or mentioned at pick up. Yes, kids bite but I expect SOMEONE to know something about it or even check the cameras and PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION. This happened under previous management but god forbid they do it now. We are also on several waiting lists at other facilities due to their treatment of my child and several other children. Maybe leaving a poor review and publicly airing my grievances will get me an audience with the manager.

ACCUSED STAFF MEMBER OF REPORTING THEIR POORLY RUN FACILITY! FAMILIES AND CHILDREN DESERVE MORE THAN WHAT THEY ARE RECEIVING. CHILDREN FED ONE SERVING OF FOOD BUT WHEN STILL HUNGRY ARE GIVEN FOOD FROM ANOTHER CHILD'S PLATE. TOYS ARE OLD, BROKEN, AND FILTHY, NEVER BEING REPLACED. NO BATTERIES IN ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES THEM. STAFF ARE LEFT ALONE WITH RATIOS THAT DO NOT MEET LEGAL REQUIREMENTS. CHILDREN MADE TO GO OUTSIDE IN EXTREME HOT TEMPERATURES NOT RECOMMENDED. LIVE ANIMAL IN CLASSROOM NEGLECTED IN MOLDY TANK. CLEANING PRODUCTS CONSISTED OF BLEACH AND DISH SOAP ONLY WHICH CAN BE TOXIC. SCHOOL OWNED BY ELECTED OFFICIAL!!? SO MUCH MORE TO SAY BUT I'LL LEAVE IT AT THAT FOR NOW. FEEL FREE TO ASK CURRENT AND PREVIOS STAFF MEMBERS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SKIPPING THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR LITTLE ONES! THEY DESERVE BETTER!

Just got off the phone from calling to see if they had any positions open for my 2yr daughter to attend. Immediately I was met with an uninvited tone not welcoming or professional, there was crying right into the phone. The child sounded young and in much distress not tantrum cry like a hurt discomfort cry. My heart sank because the lady who answered gave me the time to give my name and phone number which on a normal standpoint I’d appreciate it it sounded like she was holding the child and just letting him/her cry. I don’t need a call back because it’s an immediate no for me.

Love the staff here. I have no worries dropping my children off, I have piece of mind that my babies are taken care of. Ms. Morgan is an amazing teacher and my daughter has blossomed with her and is excellent at teaching emotional regulation/ positive reinforcement. Ms. Jackie has been awesome with my son also helping him learn accountability. Absolutely love all that the center has to offer. Management is also great at handling parental concerns and staying on top of children's medical needs like if your child has allergies or asthma. I have no worries for my children here. Love this place.
