I can't stop having flash backs of how my son was handled after a incident at daycare B. On August 30,2018 I picked up my 11 months old with a giant bruise on his head, no incident report. I took him to the ER that night because he started vomiting! I still have the ER papers he received a concussion. I reported this to the child care services bureau just for them to say the video was deleted after 2 weeks. I literally called and reported the day after the incident. I still don't know what happened to him to this day. It was swept under the rug. But guess what,I believe that incident has effected him neurologically and it's causing him problems currently. I hope this comes to light. He never deserved to be treated like that!

I recommend this daycare, it’s a 5 stars for me the teachers in the infant room are very responsible and caring with my 7 month old. He gets very excited when he’s there and sees his teachers which is a green flag for me. The director there is always helpful and very nice also.

Best Pre-K program in Las Cruces. My 3y son has been able to learn english in a very good pace, as his second language. He is getting the best experience for his 1st school. All the staff and teachers has always been super helpful in making sure my son adapt well to a new country education and making sure he feels comfortable of being without his parents during school hours.

Both my girls went to daycare here at Valley A and went to the Pre-K program 2014 and 2017. Sandra is great really nice and caring. Both sets of teachers my daughters had (ms. Becky & ms. Casey) then (ms. Becky and ms. Yessenia) were amazing and taught my daughters so much. They were so caring and truly made a difference in my daughters lives.

Very bad daycare for babies girls don't seem to figure out when baby is hungry. My baby would have rashes and constantly be crying they let you child cry. I have gone in to pick up my baby and he would have bugers all the way to his chin and gasping for air from crying so much. They would always tell me that he had just started crying. My son was changed to the other side and had bites and bruises they could never explain. In an occation the report said he just woke up from nap with bruises on his nose and lip. It honestly was the worst experience with daycare. I moved my son to different day care and he only cryed the first day when I droped him off after that he's been doing great! I will never forget how horrible it was to go pick up my son and hear him crying from the hall and hoping it wouldn't be him.. I have 2 other friend who have told me the bad experiences they have had there. I'm writing this report so you as a parent pay attention to your child's behavior a day care or babysitter should be a place your child is under good care if your child cries every day there is something wrong. A child deserves a caring person who make a good difference in their lifes. They have way too many children in a class and the teachers are not always there 12 or 13 babys to one teacher is not enough.
