Discovery Child Development Ctr II

DO NOT RECOMMEND I unenrolled my daughter with a balance of 0.00 I paid out of pocket for the experience which was fine they told me they would remove my daughter from the services. now I’m constantly receiving notices that I owe more and more each week. when I call the facility no one gives me a straight answer; I’ve asked to speak with owners which it seems they are impossible to get a hold of. when signing my daughter up for the day care it’s self, I was asking questions as any parent would and speaking with a lady who gave me the packet for every question I had regarding my daughters care she answered with “I can’t tell you anything until you pay the full amount “ which was super unprofessional being I was paying them to receive services for my daughters care even after paying over $300 she still wouldn’t not answer until a couple days later. 10/10 would never recommend specifically with there recent history.

Please read my review. I am very pleased with the attentiveness and care my children receive. I have personally encountered a few isolated incidents which were handled to my satisfaction. I believe the quality of service is not measured through perfection rather than the effectiveness of how situations are handled and addressed. My children always feel welcome and seem very happy which to me translates to effectiveness. You can expect detailed reports of activities, naps, feedings, diaper changes, and a smile on your child. I want to thank Annette for the professional level of care I have experienced. And I also want to give a "Thank You!" to all the staff for the hard work and care you deliver.... Always with a smile :)

I have been taking children to this center for almost 15 yrs. I can't say enough great things about them. They give me peace of mind knowing my children are safe while I work. They have such a well rounded program. My children learn what they need to function as healthy humans. The facility is clean well staffed and I have always been informed about the curriculum. I highly recommend Discovery

I have had 2 children at DCDC. My daughter participated in the Pre-K program. We were so much happier with how it went for our child than many of our friends who sent their kids to Pre-Ks at the public elementary school. They have wonderful instructors that understand the importance of treating the children as whole people. My son is in the toddler room. He has several allergy/asthma issues. The staff was very thorough in addressing our concerns before putting him in daycare. Everyday he goes, he comes home knowing new words and songs. Overall, it has been a great experience!

I have worked and had my children and now my grandchildren at Discovery Child Development Center . The upper staff are very kind and will help you. The most the teachers are there to teach and love on your babies. I have never had anything bad about anyone at DCDC.
