The Children'S Garden On Boutz

We had my middle child here for a a few months/around a year (if I recall correctly) probably and left in early 2024 but I was thinking about how awful our experience was here (even now) our child was constantly bit. By the time we pulled her out she had a stack of incident reports. It was like 1-2 times a week. It was so bad. They also called her by an unrelated name??? Like her name is Ava & they would call her Luna it was really odd? And probably confusing for a 1 year old. Just an odd experience. We ended up leaving and going to Noah's ark and had an amazing experience. It's literally 2 years later and I'm still annoyed by how unfavorable the experience

Ms. Stacey at this location is incredibly rude, has no proper training on how to run a daycare properly and has no personal skills to do so. This teacher has the most unprofessional attitude I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve over heard her multiple times laughing and talking about not only staff members but other parents and their personal relationships as well as their dress attire. When trying to speak to her about your child’s needs she could care less and gives you the attitude, rolling of the eyes and hissing. I’ve heard other parents also pull their kids from this place because of it and heard from other employees that staff often quit because of her attitude and I honestly don’t blame them. Ms. Stacey thinks she’s better than everyone. The entire time my children were there she never treated me or my children nicely or respectfully. If this daycare wants employees or children to stay they need to hire someone to run a business that loves their job.

Our oldest son was accepted into their NM PreK program after we moved here for a PCS. I had reservations leaving my baby for so long everyday. The teachers were so incredible with communication and a genuine desire to educate. I don’t trust many with my children and I was overwhelmed by how caring they were. Highly recommend. From teachers to support staff to directors and owners, all were accessible and reassuring. My second son just completed the NM early pre-K program and we will continue with Childrens Garden.

My children have gone to all children garden locations the teachers are very lovely they Communicate with parent and always friendly at pick up and drop off my kids have grown bonds with all the teachers there and they are always happy to go

Certain staff members in th 3-4 yr old age group are unprofessional and swear around the children. Along with many other concerns. NOT RECOMMENDED
