Highly recommend this daycare! They took very great care of my infant daughter during the time that she was there. The staff is very friendly and understanding , and the environment is exceptionally clean! I never had any worries while my daughter was in their care , and if I ever need to, I will absolutely return to this daycare! ☺️

My child has improved so much by going to this school for Pre-K. I am amazed of what all she learned dealing with numbers, words, math and reading the clock. Little Arrows has been the best choice for us and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to build their child’s education foundation strong. Thank you to the staff and Lady Pleasant for all that you do & did for my child. We love you guys!

As a parent, one of the most important things is feeling connected and involved in your child’s early learning experience — unfortunately, that was not our experience here. From day one, we felt very shut out. Parents are not allowed past the front desk, so we never got to see our child’s classroom or the environment the day was spent in. If you’re picking up and dropping off, again, you had to wait outside for them to bring your child out. We couldn’t gauge the cleanliness, the setup, or how things were run throughout the day. That lack of transparency made it really difficult to feel at ease. There was also a noticeable lack of parent involvement. In the time our child attended, there were no activities or events to bring families together — no Donuts with Dad, Muffins with Mom, or even classroom visits. It felt like we were just dropping off and picking up, with no real insight or connection to our child’s daily experience. Another ongoing concern was our child’s health. Our child constantly had a runny nose and seemed to be sick more often than not. While we understand that little ones often catch colds, the frequency raised questions about hygiene practices in the classroom. Overall, we just never felt like part of the community. It was a closed-off experience, and as first-time parents, that lack of communication and involvement was disappointing.

I would like to take an opportunity to praise the Staff and Administration of Little Arrows Child Care Facility. My children have had the opportunity to be scholars at your school and it's ended up to be the gift that keeps giving. Your steadfast care, concern, and love both pre and post pandemic are unmatched. When I was a brand new, nervous, mom, putting my precious child in your hands, I was comforted. From Ms. Brittany thoughtfully sending me photos of my happy babies throughout the day, to Ms. Shontel and Ms. Cheyenne lovingly giving my children the "once over" to make sure that they don't leave the facility looking dirty or unkept, and so much in between. One time, one of your staff members even bathed and lotioned my baby after she had a bad blow out, when she could have used a bunch of the baby wipes that we sent and left the rest up to us. To me, these things are above and beyond and I am forever grateful. In particular, I have to shout out Ms. Mays. One of my children was fortunate enough to spend her final two years at Little Arrows gleaning from Ms. Mays. In my experience, Ms. Mays is a stickler for diligence, effort and HOMEWORK. Yet, she is alot of fun! She labored with my child and she is still one of her favorite teachers. I can't help but think that the hardwork and diligence of Ms. Mays combined with the dedication, patience, and love that she received from Lady Pleasant and supporting staff played a vital part in my daughter being invited to participate in the gifted program offered through her school. Further, I believe that my youngest child, under the tutelage of Ms. Neta, is well on her way to the same prestigious invitation. I absolutely recommend Little Arrows to any and EVERYONE! Thank you for all you do. ❤️

I was very reluctant to sending my daughter into a childcare facility. We visited several north county centers and found that little arrows was the best fit. They actually care about your child and their well-being. By attending Little Arrows my daughter was able to transition extremely well into Kindergarten, already knowing how to read, count, and even tell time, special thanks to Mrs. Mays. If you are looking for a faith based, black owned, safe/secure facility, and an educational/enriching environment little arrows is worth the financial investment.
