My son went here for 3 months & had 8 incidents where he was hurt. 1 of those was never documented so there was no incident report for it, which is why I told them proceeding I needed every incident in writing. They let kids beat on my son cause apparently 2 teachers can’t manage 9 toddlers. I worked at a daycare, 9 or more kids are usually assigned to 1 teacher. They neglected to keep my son safe, they didn’t have his INHALER stored properly because when I asked for his belongings when I withdrew him; it wasn’t returned to me. Showing how they didn’t care to consider 1. If my son had medicine & 2. They didn’t have the staff watching him made fully aware of his asthma. Pathetic, negligent & I would never recommend this daycare. They only care for their own if you don’t know them personally good luck your kid will be neglected. Then they’ll gaslight you & downplay the neglect when you confront them about it. If they delete this comment it’ll SPEAK volumes. They’re trying to cover up their negligence.

Everyone at New Horizons Daycare is like family. I would never go anywhere else. I am going to be so sad when I have to go on to kindergarten with my big boy but they will always be my favorite place.
