This center have an open-door policy, and all staff members are always willing to help and support families. Everyone is approachable, kind, and professional. The director is always available, welcoming, and greets families with a warm smile, which creates a very positive and safe environment. My daughter has been with NHA for 3 years, she is very happy there, feels comfortable, and enjoys her time and teachers every day. As a parent, it gives me great peace of mind to know she is in such a caring and supportive place.
We’re so happy we switched to New Horizon Peony! Our daughter has been in both the toddler and pre-1 rooms, and the care in each has been outstanding. The teachers are warm, attentive, and truly know her. She’s excited to go every morning, and we’ve seen so much positive development since she started. Communication—from both management and teachers—is excellent. We leave drop-off every day feeling confident she’s in good hands.
As a first time parent I was very nervous about my infant starting daycare. My son has been attending New Horizon - Peony for several months and it has been a wonderful experience. The directors and teachers greet parents and kids by name every morning. They treat him as an individual, know his personality well, and truly care for him. We receive frequent and clear communication from both the classroom and office, as well as daily pictures.They plan age appropriate enrichment activities every day, so I know he's learning while having fun. My baby has a smile on his face every morning when I drop him off. It puts me at ease knowing he is so well loved and cared for while I am at work.
Moving from out of state, we were slightly nervous that our toddler would have a tough time transitioning to a new daycare. We were SO pleasantly surprised at how easy his transition was to NHA-Peony Ln! It is clear he LOVES his teachers and classmates and we are so happy with how much he is learning and the variety of activities that he gets to participate in throughout the day. It's so nice to get pictures throughout the day to see his smile and be able to talk to him about specific projects or books when he gets home. The front office and other staff are all great as well, and have been very helpful with us being military and assisting with various forms and extra 'asks'. We are so thankful to have found Peony and it's clear that our son is well taken care of, happy, and learning each day!! <3
We absolutely love NHA-Peony Lane! The staff have been amazing with our kids at all levels- infant up through preschool. The classroom environments are warm and welcoming and we appreciate all of the opportunities for learning and fun activities our kids do everyday! The leadership at this center has also been great to work with!
