Here to show some love to the New Horizon staff! I have 1 child and I was very nervous about putting him in daycare, trusting somebody that you don’t know is kind of hard, BUT all the staff have made my heart warm with caring for my child, they don’t just take him while I am at work, they show my child LOVE, they correct him when he needs it ( in a GOOD way ) they are always there, they are patient with my son! I am happy to have my son at new horizon Burnsville transit. My son talks about his teachers and friends at home and ensures me he is “ ready to go see his friend! “ Thank you so much to all the preschool staff and big shout out to Kris for walking me through the process and easing my mind and assuring me my child will be safe. WE LOVE NEW HORIZON BURNSVILLE TRANSIT! Thank you all again!
I absolutely love New Horizon for my little one. From the staff, Kris and Michelle, to the teachers Renee, Aurora, Nunpa, and all the others, it’s a great place for nurturing care. Not just for your little one but the entire family. I highly recommend them.
UPDATED: We have been at NHA for about 8 months now and my daughter has transitioned into a new room! We will miss Aurora, Renee, and the other infant teachers so much! But excited for the next room and Miss Darlin! She's loving the outdoor play space already! We just had a wonderful thanksgiving feast as a center last week and Miss Rashaunda did phenomenal as always cooking for the kiddos and the parents. Deonna coming through, like always, to keep my kiddo happy and healthy. We love Michelle and Kris at the front desk. Top Notch! -- We've been at NHA B'ville Transit for about a month now. The staff have been great and the ProCare app is amazing at keeping me updated throughout the day. We are in the infant room, and I have to say, the fact that they provide diapers, food, formula, etc. is great! One less thing to worry about when we leave the house. My daughter has her own locker where I can keep extra clothes and items. I highly recommend to any other parents! I can't wait for my daughter to be old enough to play on the super awesome playgrounds and indoor play area.
My son has attended here twice, I decided to take him back when I realized the other centers weren’t as comfortable for my little one as Burnsville Transit was. Overall, welcoming energy, The director Kris has always been amazing & goes above and beyond for her center. She’s on top of everything & manages to make this place feel like home. 10/10 would recommend 💜 Thank you Kris & the Team 🙌🏽
We found New Horizon in March of 2024 & were so impressed with our initial tour & interactions with staff. Our kids (school age and preschool) have been able to flourish and be themselves at NHA! Communication is easy through Procare & in person. From leadership to classroom staff, we are thankful for the safe, clean, kind, interactive and fun care our kids are shown day to day!
