I was always scared to put my kids in Day Care because I felt like they wouldn’t be love the way I love them, but my grandson is three years old and I had no choice but to find a daycare for him because I have to work and actually say I thank God for making this Day Care right here they treat my grandson with so much respect love every time I come in there they got a smile they always greet you. they are there to help you all the kids. I see there always smiling and laughing. My grandson was not potty train when he started He only been there a whole month and is doing so good and going to the pot now , if I could give them 12 stars I would because this is the best daycare I ever seen. The staff are remarkable and I will recommend anybody to take their child to this daycare. You will see a big difference in your child learning speech every morning when I get my grandson ready he be like grandma we going to school and all I can do is smile keep up the good work new Generation daycare yall rock
I read some reviews and was hoping that the most recent ones was just a one time event. Well… I was wrong! When I went to pick up the enrollment paperwork, I was met with hostility and just rudeness. Come to find out it was the director! I tried to get past that since I had just met her and we all have bad days. When I went to drop off the paperwork, It was the same experience. Answering my questions as she multitasked in scanning the paperwork vaguely answering my questions about my child’s care and routine. I think she forgot what her job was. Long story short, I took the paperwork back and decided not to enroll her. If people are being rude and disrespectful on first encounter, it’s not going to get better from there. I was not willing to put my child under her management. Couldn’t get a feel for the staff, but this daycare better get a new director or give her some lessons/classes in communication with the parents.
We don’t actually use this day care just came here to say that one of their buses ran us off the road today WITH CHILDREN IN IT! We tried to call the day care to report it and couldn’t get through. If we didn’t swerve out of the lane there would have been a major accident. I believe it was a woman with dreads driving. Just a warning for the parents who trust these people with your children’s safety.
If you’re military, you’re better off enrolling your child(ren) here! So much better than the CDC! They actually help my special needs infant with his growth and development! I can actually tell the teachers genuinely care about the babies and my son loves his teachers!
The lady over the center at this location is very rude aggressive and seem agitated for absolutely no reason; we literally can’t even get the paperwork turned in without hostility which scared me to even take my child and leave her at this point! It was just very rude, unprofessional, & morally wrong to talk with parents of children whom you will be servicing with so much hostility and my child has never even made it up there! I’m calling to see about changing my children daycare before it even start! Terrible business ethics!
