What Parents Say
New Generation Day Care Center has highly polarized reviews. Three parents praise the welcoming environment, caring staff, and family-like treatment of children. However, two parents report serious concerns including poor communication, use of corporal punishment, unprofessionalism, staff disrespect toward children, and frequent closure during holidays.
I will tell you this. My grandson has been going to New Generation Daycare before Halloween and he would cry, as most little children would. After a week, he started getting used to it. I felt at ease when I would drop my grandson off there. They would FaceTime me and call me to reassure me that he was fine and it’s still this way to this day!! If you ever want a daycare that will love your children like they are their children, New Generation Daycare, IS THE PLACE TO bring them. Thank you for everything. Their whole staff is AMAZING!! I love them!!
I've been really nervous about starting my child back in daycare but thought it was time so I came in to get him signed up. As soon as I got there, I felt so welcomed! It gave me such a peace of mind My son is very stand offish, but ran up to one of the teachers like he knew her all his life! I also heard kids laughing in giggling in the back having a good time. We are so excited to start here!
For one, a lot of these daycares have accepted the grants from the government to where they can’t close for a year after accepting it, so now nobody wants to work while the businesses are open. When it was time for my kids to come to daycare during a holiday or during a time that regular school wasn’t open, there was always an excuse as to why they couldn’t come. Another thing, I had to literally drag my kids out of the car to get them to go into the daycare because they would say that the teachers would cuss them out regularly. My oldest daughter (a pre-teen) didn’t even want to go back because a so-called teacher was talking about her sweaty body odor to her face and amongst other students versus discussing these issues with the parent. If I could’ve taken my kids out of this daycare a long time ago, I would have, but due to COVID, no other daycares were accepting kids. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS DAYCARE.
My kids have been attending New Generation for almost 8 years! My kids have always been treated like family. Any sickness, school work, family problems, whatever it may be, the entire staff has been there for us! This entire staff gets a 10/10 and I wouldn’t dare trust another daycare with my babies like I do New Generation!
This is a very unprofessional and unorganized "daycare". The communication concerning anything pertaining to your child's care is very poor . The owner allows the employees to use corporal punishment against the small children .
