My experience with this school’s administration was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. After leaving multiple messages over the course of two weeks with the in-person receptionist, I was finally able to speak with the headmaster. During that call, I was informed that they had received all of my previous messages but had chosen not to return any of them—something I was never notified of despite my repeated efforts to communicate. Even more concerning, the headmaster shared personal details about an unrelated student matter that had nothing to do with my inquiry. This disclosure felt entirely inappropriate and raised serious concerns about confidentiality and judgment within the school’s leadership. By the end of our discussion, the headmaster acknowledged awareness of the issue I was calling about but refused to address it further. The interaction reflected a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and empathy—qualities one should be able to expect from any educational institution, particularly a private one. Overall, this experience left me questioning the integrity of the school’s leadership and its commitment to communication and trust with families. I would strongly encourage anyone considering enrollment to think carefully before entrusting their child’s education to this administration.
