My husband and I have had a great experience with Fantastic Kids. My foster son started attending shortly after his first birthday and is now 1.5 years old. The teachers and staff are always kind, welcoming, and happy to see him each day. As a foster parent, communication and professionalism are very important to me, and Fantastic Kids has been wonderful to work with. They’ve coordinated well with me and my foster child’s guardian ad litem, who also had positive things to say about this daycare. While my son’s class has been slightly short-staffed at times, it’s clear the teachers there give their all and care deeply about the kids. Communication is strong—they always let me know when my son needs more diapers or wipes, and he’s learning a lot and genuinely enjoys going to “school.” The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, even when they’re busy. I also appreciate the holiday parties they occasionally hold and invite parents to attend—it creates a great sense of community. We toured several daycares in town before choosing Fantastic Kids. Even with a slightly longer drive then some other choices, it’s been completely worth it. The price is average compared to other daycares, and includes meals and snacks, not just snacks like some other daycares. I would definitely recommend this daycare to other families.

You can tell they actually love what they do, which gives us immense peace of mind every morning at drop-off. They "Run a Tight Ship": This is what sets them apart. The facility is spotless, the check-in/check-out process is secure and seamless, and the daily schedule is consistent. You never have to wonder what’s going on; the communication is proactive and professional. Curriculum & Care: It’s not just "babysitting." They have age-appropriate milestones and activities that keep the kids engaged. My child comes home talking about what they learned, not just what they played with. The Bottom Line It is rare to find a center that manages to be incredibly warm and nurturing while remaining strictly organized and disciplined. They set the bar high for childcare, and it shows in how happy (and well-behaved!) the kids are.

The best! We've been here for over two years and it was the best decision we made! I have two boys in separate classes-- Ms Stacy and Ms Mervat are INCREDIBLE. the environment is bar none. Every time I walk in, the kids are working at different centers tables, or working on some craft or activity either with a teacher or independently. They are very hands on, STEM and Montessori style teaching. I am so beyond pleased with this classroom and the opportunities they have given to my son for learning. Next up is Ms Taelor! She is so sweet and so invested in my son and loves greeting my kids when out and about when we run into each other in public. They do circle time, centers/stations, and really takes her time to create a relationship with the kids. Then Beth and Matt and the other front desk staff greet you every time you walk in with a smile, are very prompt in fixing or addressing an issue, and communicate really well. I feel safe when I drop off my boys to this daycare, knowing how much the staff care.

I am writing this as a concerned parent who is extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this daycare. Over time, my 2-year-old was moved between multiple classrooms due to ongoing staff turnover. With each change, she had to continuously readjust to new teachers and new routines. Recently, she began receiving frequent write-ups for things like not sitting still, running, and needing age-appropriate redirection — all of which are completely normal behaviors for a child her age. The final straw for me was a recent drop-off where my daughter became hysterical, cried uncontrollably, and physically resisted being handed to her teacher. I have never seen my child react that way to being left anywhere before. It was deeply alarming and heartbreaking. When I went to the office emotionally to ask about the withdrawal process and whether I could remove her immediately rather than give a two-week notice, the director responded, “I’ll let it slide.” Even though this addressed my immediate concern, the dismissive and passive-aggressive tone left me feeling uneasy and reinforced my decision to withdraw my daughter immediately for her emotional well-being. I also requested to review footage related to the repeated behavior reports involving my child, but my request was denied. While I understand their policies, I still believe parents deserve transparency when concerns arise. Trust is everything when leaving your child in the care of others. Unfortunately, that trust was broken for our family. I encourage parents considering this center to ask detailed questions about staff turnover, classroom stability, and how toddler behavior is handled.
