All Stars Learning Center

My Husband, and 4 year old and me went to tour the facility and we were welcome and introduced to the staff and different age classrooms. We were impressed with both the staff and facility. Our daughter loved it and told us she couldn't wait to be an"ALL STAR"! She's now been there a month and we are SOOOO pleased that our is EXCITED about preschool, and she can't wait to get bank to school every day. She had learned to use her "listening ears", she's leaned that when her teacher speaks to follow instructions, to line up when told and she loves her cot for nap time

I do not recommend this daycare. I tried to be patient during their transition period after the child abuse allegations and arrests the center went through. I understood staff turnover would be difficult, and I gave them time to stabilize. However, it ended up taking months of inconsistency and poor communication just to receive a single document I needed. When following up more recently regarding required tax documents, the director was rude, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She also refused to escalate the issue and refused to provide any contact information for corporate or ownership, stating Regional management was new as well and unable to assist, leaving parents with no valid way to resolve concerns. It’s also concerning that several negative reviews from a few months ago appear to have disappeared from their page, which gives the impression that feedback is being removed rather than addressed. I’m relieved my child is no longer enrolled, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this daycare.

I am highly satisfied with my first impressions of this school. The staff here are friendly and kind and the admin team are awesome! After setting a tour with Mr. Rico, he made it smooth and easy to tour and understand the ins and outs of the preschool. He made us feel right at home and comfortable beginning the enrollment process. I’m very excited for my child’s first day !

Our family has been part of Allstars for several years. Like many parents, we were deeply concerned when a serious incident involving a former staff member came to light. However, I want to commend the new management for the swift and transparent way they addressed the situation. Since the change in leadership, we've noticed a remarkable transformation in the school's environment. Communication with parents has improved, safety protocols are clearly a top priority, and the staff is attentive and caring. My son continues to thrive here—he loves his teachers, and I feel confident that he is in a safe and nurturing space every day. I appreciate the dedication of the new team and highly recommend Allstars to other families looking for a supportive and well-managed daycare.

Absolutely love All Stars! The staff are so kind and amazing. They work fast in pick up and drop off insuring that my child has everything he needs. They have the best interest in each child, keeping parents updated on activities, health awareness and growth. Advise proactively when my child is low on diapers and clothing to ensure his care. The illness guidelines are proactive and to ensure the spread of any illness they insure they follow the guidelines to protect all children. Couldn’t ask for better care for my son. They take care of him like their own!
