Family Ties Child Center III INC

I enrolled my grandbabies and was very happy in the beginning. However as time past I started to have a lot of issues with the care my kids were receiving. From teachers taking my kids outside on cold days without their jackets when they simply just needed to get them out of the backpacks. Also telling me that I can not pack a lunch for my special needs child that has food sensory problems without a note from the doctor which is ridiculous. I also came to pick my kids up and found one sleep on the dirty floor with other kids walking and jumping over her. The last straw was to walk in and see a teacher changing my grand daughter on the floor while 4 boys stood around watching her and her private parts being fully exposed and I myself had to remove the boys away from her and I was told they are short staff. Which is no excuse for what happened. It still bothers me when I think about it which is why I am leaving this review. I took them out after that and they never went back. It is never ok for my child to have to go through that and it made me extremely emotional because I don't know if that was the first time that has happened. All I can say is my experience was not good and if you have special needs children you may want to consider a different child care center.

Amazing daycare, will always be my number one recommendation when it comes to childcare services. I didn’t put my daughter into a daycare environment until I knew she could vocalize to me if something ever happened. Shes attended Family Ties for the past 3 years and the staff have been nothing short of a blessing to my family. The family that owns and runs the facility are all amazing teachers. They encourage and love the children as their own, and have had my daughter’s back from day one. I’m so eternally grateful for the entire family and I know she is too. Both of our hearts are heavy moving up to kindergarten soon, but there’s no doubt we’ll be stopping by for visits regularly!! Thank you Family Ties for all your hard work and dedication to these students. We love you guys!

Best daycare in Marion County! My nine-year-old went there all through preschool and now my five-year-old and my three-year-old. The staff and owner are amazing people. Wonderful environment!

Our twin grandsons went here and they were the best. Never any issues. The family that own it treat you like family. Great place hoping to get our other grandson in for the experience.

I enrolled my son here he was two years old and had aever separation anxiety from me, within one week he loved his school. The staff is wonderful here and really make the kids feel like they are their own. My son loves them. I would recommend this place to anyone.
