New Adventures Early Learning & Child Development Ce

Hi visited New Adventures this AM for a scheduled tour as I was inquiring on enrolling my almost one-year old son. An employee taking me on the tour provided misinformation regarding the age range for the second level “Wobblers” room, saying that the room was for 12-15 months old children. When I repeated this information to Katie, the admin., she corrected me saying the class was for 12-18 month old children. When I asked if my son who had not previously been in daycare could stay in the younger class for a few days I was told “no” without an explanation. Maybe there is a logical reason, but the admin did not care to communicate that to me. When I called back after touring additional daycares and spoke again with Katie, I asked about a negative review the center received on “Miss Jess.” Katie said she knew nothing about that review and was very off put that I inquired about it. No a good sign. Then, I was provided new information saying that I had to pay for a full month in advance (I had reserved funds so this was not an issue for me), and I would need to turn in my son’s medical information in two days if I wanted him enrolled in one week’s time. Red flags everywhere. My thoughts are that she didn’t want a person enrolling their child that asked questions about their negative reviews. We won’t be going there.

Not good experience at all. A lady who works there who was meeting me for appointment saw me standing in the doorway No one opened the door for me to come in on a scheduled appointment I had got in by an Employee teacher walking into work smh. Very judgmental!!!. Did not receive good and positive energy throughout the tour. The woman who toured me made it seem like I couldn’t pay for a $200 fee with having a voucher. Did not make me feel welcomed or that they wanted my toddler to attend here. She was very stand offish. Definitely will let the people helping me find a daycare know about my experience and refer me the total opposite of this!

My experience has been wonderful and filled with amazing memories. Thank you for all that you do and thank you for providing my children with excellent care! NA has made a huge impact on my children’s education and has insisted me with preparing my oldest two for kindergarten. The kids are very loved and protected by everyone and I feel 100% at ease while my children are in the care of your center. My kids absolutely adores the center and all of the staff! Thank you for being kind and offering a great experience for our family! NEW ADVENTURES ROCK!

My child has flourished during his time at New Adventures! I enrolled my son starting at 6-weeks, at the height of COVID when many were choosing to keep their children home. I never hesitated in my decision to enroll him at New Adventures, knowing full well that the social, physical, mental, and emotional development would be a priceless trade-off. In watching my son develop for the last 3 years, I can say with certainty that the time and memories that he makes at New Adventures contributes so much to who he is becoming as a person. The staff and leadership team take the lead in my child's education, an area I can't always give the most focus while being a full-time working parent. But I have full confidence that my child is getting prepared to enter Kindergarten plus also developing a love for learning, problem solving, and more! Thank you New Adventures for being part of the village that is helping me create the best life for my son.

Absolutely love New Adventures! We know our son is well taken care of and has so much fun each day. His teacher, Ms. Jill is amazing with the kids. Our babe has learned so much since he started and we couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would recommend!!
