Our son was with this daycare for over 4 years and recently went to Kindergarten last year. Of course no facility is perfect but for the most part all the teachers here are very friendly, helpful and dedicated to what they do. Whenever we had concerns they're open to communication and genuinely care about our son'simprovement. Our son loved going to this school (and still asks if he can go back sometimes lol), made friends and enjoyed all the activities especially soccer and outdoor. Thanks Ms. Lisa, Mr. Brian and other teachers that were involved in his early childhood!
My son attends Creative Early Learning in the Busy Bees and loves it. He can't wait to go to school every day. He struggles with a speech delay and his teachers are so understanding! We highly recommend them.
Do not send your child here! My child attended his 1 day and we instantly withdraw. This center doesn’t not communicate effectively. My son is 2 1/2 years old, we have started potty training. Based on their app updates, it appears my son went to bathroom 3 times the whole day. He’s 2 years and frequently uses the bathroom at least once an hour. This information was not shared. 2) they have a policy where you are required to back a lunch a 3 days out the week. I packed my son’s lunch to only discover they do not warm up food on those 3 days. It takes 1 minute to warm chicken nuggets and cheesy rice. We told my son at his lunch at 11am and 2pm. However once he got home, it was discovered he didn’t eat his lunch at all! Asked the admin about it and the teacher they said, well we encourage him to eat it however we did notice it was cold. Yes! It’s cold and he’s not going to eat cold food! 3) my son has frequent accidents because he’s 2 and potty training. They took him outside for 20 minutes. During that time, he used the bathroom on himself. My son was outside for at least 10 minutes wet with underwear . It’s 40 degrees outside, nobody said noticed it until I said something while pick him up. How are you watching people children and don’t notice a little boy in grey sweatpants wet! The excuse well could of fell! He didn’t fall, just on his pants. I would never send/recommend this center to anyone. The admin and owner do not care about the children here. This was my son’s first day, I could only image what else could of happen. If I could I would give them 0 stars!
Creative early learning has been such a great place for my 3 year old. He had a very hard time with separation anxiety when he started, the teachers were amazing with him. The communication from the staff is great. We love getting photos and updates throughout the day. They also recently had a day where the older kids helped the younger kids with activities and my 3 year old talked about it nonstop that night.
Creative has to be the best school in Ohio, hands down. My daughter started last fall and she had never been with anyone but myself, so it was a huge transition for both of us. I was beyond scared and nervous until I met her teachers and the owner. When I came for the tour, I met Brian and thought he was maybe the manager or something because he knew every single child by name, all the kids would run to him with arms wide open wanting a big hug which he was happy to give. There wasn’t a tear anywhere in sight, not even from the toddler room, everyone was smiling, teachers included, then I found out Brian was the owner and I was just blown away; just from the tour. Brian is always finding new things for the students and thinking of creative things for the students. He also does many events to help parents get involved too! They go above and beyond, sending updates and pictures, they’ve got an app dedicated to sharing the kids lesson plans and how they’re doing academically as well. Her teacher worked a lot with her on her separation anxiety and didn’t get annoyed by reassuring her that I would return. They also go above and beyond to teach the kids the things they need to know and they do it with fun and outside of the box activities. They also lessen the load on parents by providing lunch two days a week and snacks / breakfast all week!! Fast forward to now, now my 6 year old son attends their school age classroom and he never wants to come home. He begs me to stay there longer. He goes with his dad and step mom two days out of the week and they had him in kindercare those two days but after what they’ve seen from creative in just the last few weeks of him attending, they’re now taking him out of kindercare because it doesn’t even come close in comparison!! I could go blue in the face talking of all the amazing qualities this school has. So if you’re looking for a GREAT place to send your kids where you won’t stress on how they’re doing during the day, this is your school.
