Went there to participate in the Rise Against Hunger project. Together, the group of volunteers portioned out, sealed, and boxed 10,000 meals. Wonderful mix of community with church members and area Girl Scouts. I felt good knowing my daughter and I gave something back that is desperately needed. This time made me realize there still are decent and big hearted people in the area.
The church is small and going through reorganization at this moment. Great things are about to happen at this church so if you are looking for somewhere to get involved this is the place to be. So this is your time to help make a difference.The members of this church are friendly and have a sincere passion for other people. It’s down to earth atmosphere and nothing fancy. Just nice every day people. Please disregard the comment below from another reviewer about not using the King James Bible. There are other great translations and the KJV is not the end all be all Bible. The reviewer gave one star based off a couple of things and not based of a true Believing Gospel Church and it’s members.
Small neighborhood congregation. I'd love to see some new members, everyone's welcome! 2 worship times on Sunday. There's also an awesome Preschool program
Dissapointed they don't use the King James Bible, and that they sell pumpkins for Halloween. Christians shouldn't be helping to celebrate Halloween.
Great play ground, great preschool.
