My husband and I came to Engleside a little over six years ago, and we have loved it here ever since. The church family welcomed us with open arms and hearts of love. Engleside is a friendly church and has become a second family to us. The gospel-centered preaching and teaching is clear with strong biblical doctrine and counsel that encourages us to walk in the Spirit with Christ at the center of our lives. I have grown tremendously from the preaching and teaching at this church. The music is wonderful and the church has a great blend of traditional hymns and modern Worship hymns. The services are always a blessing! The church building is recently renovated and has a beautiful modern look and updated safety and facility features. If you are looking for a gospel preaching, friendly, safe and encouraging church; this is it! Its become home for us and we love it!
I started there over a year ago. At the time the now former pastor's sermon were straight forward in content. He pulled no punches in wording. Just like when Franklin Graham didn't stop when Facebook censored his message. He came right back about Facebook itself! Praise God:) However, the pastor left and since I was new, I didn't know why. So the assistant pastor became pastor, but his sermons leave me cold due to his approach; he described it to me as an overview, and I noticed he goes from book to book by stating the 1st chapter and 1st verse. Once, he went so fast it just flew right by me. I'm not sure what I'll do about staying. The church has a wheel chair ramp and is quite child safe due to a door buzzer, additionally, all visitors must sign in at the secretary office, directly ahead of the door. As for anything else, you'll have to visit or call for what You're interested in.
I do not worship their I just make sure that the place is kept clean but the pasta and the staff of wonderful people and the teachers and the teachers are beautiful I worship at another Church glory be to God Amen
