Mother Goose Preschool

This daycare had no access to contact the director even though I called multiple times requesting to speak with her. My daughter’s father signed her up, listed my information yet they refused to send me any welcome letters or provide access to the care they would be providing for her. When I read other negative reviews and heard children screaming and crying in the back of a phone call with them I went to pick her up, they refused me access to my child. I would not recommend this place to anyone. On top of this my daughter’s father has zero legal custody and shouldn’t have been able to enroll her without my permission in the first place, I am now taking legal action against them. Update I still haven’t been able to contact the director yet she’s been able to magically make calls to my daughters father begging me to delete this review on her negligence.

Don’t leave your kids here they’ll allow “parents” without legal custody of your kids to enroll them here WITHOUT consent or permission with 0 background checks done and then refuse the parent with legal custody to see their child! They will allow individuals who aren’t even on your child’s birth certificate to put them in here but not allow their MOTHER to get her baby. Absolutely unacceptable and poorly ran daycare ! These are the daycares you see in the news that everyone warns parents about. BE CAREFUL

My son loves going to mother goose. The teachers are wonderful and care very much about the kids. Classes are small and I feel like my son is learning a lot. He can count in English and Spanish and he’s 2.5 years old! Mother goose is great, highly recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough about this place. They truly have been my saving grace with childcare. I was caught in a tough spot needing to get my daughter registered whom was 2 at the time. Carol made the process completely seamless. 2+ years and a baby boy later, they have treated my children as nothing less than family. I’ve never had any concerns with their care and Carol and the staff have been absolutely wonderful. I loved that the kids are saturated in many different cultures and learn to speak Spanish. The costs are reasonable with Carol and she is super understanding of life circumstances. Unfortunately, I moved away from the area and had to find something closer. Highly recommended!

I’m giving them 2 stars because of their cleanliness! Although I was told it is in the enrollment papers that breakfast is not provided, I missed and believe for the tuition fee breakfast should have been included. However, the main reason why My daughter stopped attending because it was getting too much to bring her in because of “the bad teacher”. I consistently asked her what she meant and why she calls her that, but she would never answer. One morning she was scared to go in when (I assumed) “the bad teacher” answered the door. Finally, after a month of not attending and without questioning, she finally told me what happened. She stated that she wanted to play with a toy but the teacher told her that she couldn’t. She continued to play with toy and the teacher took her (my daughter) finger and bit her. I processed it with her and explained to her the importance of telling me things when I ask. I’m thankful she’s old enough to go to VPK and found a full day at a real public school. I read the reviews before enrolling her and didn’t have any concerns as I didn’t read any recent bad reviews. This is just my child’s experience and am just sharing.
