What Parents Say
Morgan's Academy receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents who praise the caring, professional staff and nurturing learning environment. Parents report their children are safe, happy, and thriving academically and socially. One parent noted the facility is clean and well-organized with good communication and safety measures.
I was reluctant to write this review because my child was dropped from their care due to non payment of caps co-pay so I didn’t want this to seem as though it was retaliation. The reason I decided to proceed with my review is because parents who are new to daycare should know what I’ve learned. They are nice people for the most part and the location for me was unmatched so I chose this facility. My child was comfortable despite being sick for a better part of 1 1/2 years (with what the doctors call “ daycare sickness” from so many germs in the facility). Since being out of that facility in May she has not had 1 fever or snotty nose which is INSANE considering how often she was sick. Also after doing my research and enrolling her in a new SCHOOL I realized that Morgan’s is more of a babysitting situation than school (other than the uniform they require for toddlers). The new school has an actual curriculum! They assist me in potty training by taking all the 2 year olds to potty every 45 mins. They use an app that provides accurate account info and you can pay via app ( not cash app to personal numbers). They send pictures and updates on my child throughout the day. I’m not saying that Morgans was horrible but i am saying that it was definitely a blessing in disguise for her no longer to attend this daycare. Do your research!
I have had two children attend this daycare over the past three years, and my experience has taken a significant turn for the worse. Recently, I was caught in the wave of CAPS accounts whose awards were disrupted by a program issue. Instead of working with me to resolve this, the daycare simply dropped me. They demanded full payment upfront despite the director previously assuring me that I didn't have to pay the full amount immediately, but going forward I would need to pay out of pocket. I had accepted this and was good with the arrangement. Moreover, the director misled me by stating that once I caught up on payments, my son's spot would be saved. However, when I finally managed to pay off the balance and return my son to school, I was informed that he no longer had a spot. The lies and miscommunication have disrupted both my son's life and mine. Their unwillingness to work with a long-term family after over three years of support is appalling. I do not recommend this daycare due to their poor communication and lack of honesty. The previous director was the best thing that happened to this daycare, and since her departure, things have been in disarray. This experience has severely impacted my view of this daycare.
They are new to me but some of the old teachers from sparks are still there I have not had a bad experience listen 👂 to your child mines wants to go back and didn’t want me to pick her up but some kids are two close to there parents!!! So they may not want to just pay attention give them a chance we have to trust someone! also Ms. Morgan is very professional and outstanding understanding person I love ❤️ how the staff seem to enjoy working there and a special thanks to Ms.Mary for getting up early to receive the kids!!!!! I appreciate the staff here. They handle your concerns with tact, you can trust your child is safe, having fun, & learning. My daughter graduated from their PreK program with MsSimmons and Ms.Menual. My son (4 months) is currently in the infant room. I cannot begin to tell you what a relief it is to drop off your kids somewhere that they are receiving love. I strongly urge you to consider Morgan’s Academy for your children.
My daughter attended this center for the prek program and after school. My son is currently in their care. The teachers really care about their students and my son is thriving in the preschool class. Thanks Ms Regina and Ms Shayla.
